Host was very communicative at all times. Very clear check in info. Apartment was clean and comfortable. 15 minutes from the cathedral and 30 minutes from Phantasialand made it a great location for us.

Great neighborhood, charming and clean!

Marion was a fantastic host! This apartme t is centrally located with easy access to bus and trains. The host provides many amenities, making the apartment easy to enjoy!

Perfect home base

This was our first time to Köln and our host went out of her way to give us a warm welcome. The apartment was as advertised: bright, clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Highly recommend this place.

Great apartment for visiting the city

We had a fantastic 4 nights staying in this apartment. Really easy transport links into the city plus great running routes on the doorstep! Apartment well equipped and comfortable with free parking around the corner. Communication with this host is as excellent.

Weekend in Cologne

The property was very nice - clean, comfortable, and well-located, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around the city super easy. What really made the stay exceptional was Marion. She was extremely kind, generous, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone so welcoming and thoughtful. I will absolutely be staying at her place again the next time I’m in Cologne. Highly recommended!

Short Break

Handy flat for a short stay in Cologne. Tram stop round the corner. Supermarket nearby. Not so may nice bars and restaurants close by. Parking easy. Flat well appointed. Thanks Marion for your swift responses to any questions.

Great apartment in a convenient location

The apartment was really clean & extremely well equipped. Everything you could need is provided and Marion is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. It's in a convenient location to get into the city with the tram only a few minutes away. You will need a low emission green sticker for your car so either order in advance of your trip or visit the TUV office which is a 10 min walk away (will need car documents).

Lovely home base

Marion was quick, clear, and helpful with all communications. The apartment is only a couple of blocks from the S6 line (simple 10 minute walk) and half a block from the other train in the opposite direction. Bakery is 7 min walk and there are plenty of local restaurant's within the immediate area. Cathedral and central Koln Hfb are easily accesbible in approx 15 minutes. The apartment itself was lovely, modern, comfortable, well equipped and met our every need. We were very happy with our stay and particularily recommend for families of 4 (or even 5 if you have a baby as there is a popup crib available in Master bedroom). Thank you Marion !

Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns ab Beginn der Buchung, während des Aufenthalts und bis zu unserer Abreise kompetent und freundlich betreut.Die Fewo stellte für uns eine Art Wohlfühloase nach jedem erlebnisreichen, langen Tag in Köln dar. Das Konzept (Essen und Getränke im Kühl- bzw. Gefrierschrank gegen geringe Bezahlung) ist durchdacht und man fühlt sich willkommen. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Wir hatten vor der Anreise bereits einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.Unsere Erwartungen wurden um ein vielfaches Übertroffen! Nicht nur, dass die Wohnung schön und gemütlich eingerichtet ist, auch für das leibliche Wohl wirde gesorgt! Der Kühl- und Gefrierschrank ist mit allem gefüllt, was das Herz begehrt! Und das zu absolut günstigen Preisen!Ich war schon in einigen Ferienwohnungen, aber die von Marion Kurschat toppt alles!Die Wohnung schön, die Betten bequem, das Bad modern, der Kühlschrank gefüllt - was will man mehr?Wenn ich nochmal nach Köln komme, werde ich wieder bei Marion buchen!

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super. Es war alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gegen eine geringe Bezahlung konnte man sich gekühlte Getränken und Süßigkeiten nehmen. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man zum Messegelände möchte. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung nicht so ansprechend und verkehrslaut. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir eine Veranstaltung auf dem Messegelände besuchen möchten.

Wie zuhause ankommen

2 Nächte in festem aber gutem Bett geschlafen. Ausstattung des Appartements sehr umfangreich - Wirklich ALLES vorhanden. Parklätze problemlos immer in unmittelbarer Nähe gefunden. Sehr freundlich empfangen worden, regelmäßig Kontaktaufnahme durch Eignerin, fühlten uns sehr umsorgt.Gerne wieder!
