The house features a kitchen with all new appliances adjacent to a dining area and family room. There are also two clean, contemporary baths with granite countertops as well as a laundry room with a new washer and dryer. The fully furnished backyard is a great space to relax with an extended covered patio that overlooks the pool. Convenient northwest location close to all amenities. This private oasis is just 3 minutes from I-10!
