Part of an authentic farm, in a quiet location, away from the crowds of tourists.
The originally 400-year-old stone and limestone walls and wooden beams have been preserved and are the magic of this accommodation.
Ideal for 2 people. The room has an independent entrance and is located on the ground floor of the house. It is a studio of 25m2.
1 room with double bed (1m60), combined living / dining area with integrated kitchen, fridge / freezer combination, 2 ceramic hobs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer (manual) WLAN - Internet access.
1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer (private). In our patio, washer and dryer (shared)

Other important information

The village of Arbejales lies at an altitude of 800m above sea level. There is a restaurant with typical Canarian dishes (400 meters away). In 30 minutes you can get to Las Canteras beach or Cruz de Tejeda (center of the island).
The location of the finca is an ideal starting point for exploring the north of the island and for the many hiking tours in the surrounding mountains.

Lovely cosy place to stay

I had an enjoyable few days here. The studio was very clean and had everything I needed. I received a very warm welcome and it is located not far from the mountains and there are nice walks from the doorstep.

Lovely place above a mountain village

Loved this place! Sweet and cosy, great views outside. Country setting with a steep hill to walk up to it which I didn’t mind as we got our exercise! We came by bus, it worked out fine as there’s buses, Karin happy to pick us up from the village, which has a well stocked shop, and a characterful bar / restaurant Bar Suzo whose fairly limited opening hours can be found online. There are a few things that could improve this place, but for what it cost - this is our least expensive accomodation in a 5 week stay on the island - it’s fine. I was very content here.

Wir haben ein paar erholsame Urlaubstage hier verbracht. Die ruhige, ländliche Lage bietet sich für einige Wanderungen im Inselinneren an. Das Studio ist schön und funktional hergerichtet und sehr sauber, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Leider mussten wir dann aber schnell feststellen, dass der Raum in der alten Finca nicht nur angenehm kühl sondern auch sehr feucht war. Die Bettdecken waren klamm, wenn man abends schlafen ging. Oberflächlich wirkte alles sauber und geputzt, doch alle Oberflächen im Küchenbereich waren klebrig und nahmen die Lust, dort zu kochen. Am ersten Morgen gab es kein Wasser, die Vermieter*innen haben uns dazu nichts erklärt. Die kleine Terrasse bot bei 37 ° keinerlei Schatten und so mochten wir uns gar nicht in der Unterkunft aufhalten. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass das Studio nach einer sehr gelungenen Renovierung sehr lieblos vermietet wird. So haben wir uns nach 5 Tagen gefreut, wieder abzureisen.

Liebe Gäste, es ist wichtig eine Wohnung nach dem duchen und kochen zu lüften, jeden Tag. Dan klebt auch nicht der lack vom Küchenbereich. Seit einem Jahr haben wir in Teror nur 3 Tage in der Woche Wasser, dan schalten wir um auf unseren Wassertank, da das Wasser morgens in der Frühe abgeschaltet wird ist es möglich das ihr für einen Moment kein Wasser hattet bis ich gegen 9 Uhr unsere Pumpe angemacht habe. Da ihr nichts gesagt habt wusste ich nicht das ihr davon betroffen wart, das Wasser wird meistens gegen 9.30 Uhr abgeschaltet von der Gemeinde.. Wir hätten euch einen Sonnenschirm gebracht wenn ihr den Wünsch geaussert hattet, die Terrasse hat den Ganzen vormittag schatten. 2 Punkte von 5..... unsere andere Gäste waren sehr zufrieden (auch von andere platformen)

Ruhiges und gemütliches Studio in den Bergen

Alles Bestens! Das Studio war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man brauchte, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden das Studio weiter empfehlen.
