This beautifully renovated 672 sq ft upstairs one bedroom one bath condo features granite kitchen counters and is within walking distance to Rotary Park, the lake, London Bridge, golf course, and fun dining. Our condo sleeps four and offers a bedroom with a king bed and TV. The main living area offers a queen hide-a-bed. Additional features include, free wifi, a small capacity stack washer/dryer unit, and walk in closet. It’s our intention for you to create wonderful memories of Lake Havasu

Property is so comfortable, nice and well stocked. We could walk to many restaurants and the bridge. There is a park within walking distance and we watched the boat parade from there. Would definitely recommend.

Great little property!

This is a great little property with a great host! Only bad thing I could write is that the pool and hot tub were closed for a few days during our stay, and that’s not even that bad.

This condo is understated. It is a perfect getaway. It is convenient and right down the street from many amenities a walk to the lake five minutes to London bridge grocery stores on either side of the complex. There’s a very nice community pool with Spa and Lounge is to lay out. Some condos. Would have Lakeview with gorgeous sunsets. There is also Pickleball many sidewalks grassy area for the pets, five stars all the way around.
