Modern furnished 1-room apartment in the residence complex in the spa area of Bad Kreuznach and within walking distance to the city center.

Bright sleeping / living area with box spring bed, sitting area and dining area as well as sufficient cupboard space.

Balcony with seating to the west.
Smart flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi are available.

Small pantry kitchen, fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave and hobs.

The shower room contains a window and is brightly decorated.

The building has a lift, towels and linen are included.

In the basement is a washing machine and a dryer. Parking is available in the underground car park in Badeallee and can be booked for 3 € per day.

For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.

Schöne Unterkunft und sehr gute Kommunikation

Eine kurzfristiges hinzubuchen eines Stellplatzes in der gegenüberliegenden Garage war problemlos möglich. Auch weitere Anliegen wurden schnell, kompetent, unkompliziert und lösungsorientiert geregelt. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung entsprach den eingestellten Fotos auf der Internetseite. Bezüglich der Sauberkeit war hier noch Verbesserungsbedarf angezeigt. Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut und entspricht sicher nicht mehr den Erfordernissen unserer Zeit. Die Armaturen der Spüle und auch des Waschbeckens bedürfen dringend der Erneuerung. Trotzdem, meinen Urlaub habe ich genossen 😊
