The fitted kitchen is equipped so that food of any kind can be prepared. On the balcony you can enjoy the absolute sunshine of this apartment on the two high-backs. Quietly located and yet in the middle of your balcony is oriented in this apartment in the south.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. This apartment also has a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a safe. For longer stays cleaning utensils and a vacuum cleaner are available. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 3 € / day. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for common use. All floors up to the underground car park are easily reachable by a lift.

For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.
