Super beautiful semi-detached house with stunning panoramic views of the sea and the artist town of Altea. "Luxury urbanization" Altea Hills (Altea, Alicante) with 24/7 security service. The holiday home Altea was recently renovated (2014). The living room has direct access to the large wrap-around terrace, which offers plenty of space for dining or sunbathing with approx. 136 m2. The terrace is partially covered and offers several nice seating / lounging opportunities. The master bedroom upstairs has its own balcony, a bathroom en suite and has a wonderful panoramic view of the sea, the bay of Altea and the mountains. The cottage offers a general feeling of comfort and tranquility. An ideal place to spend the whole year holiday in the excellent climate of the Costa Blanca. 300 sunny days a year and a great community pool only for residents guarantee a relaxing holiday. The private garage can optionally be rented for a small additional charge! The house has international TV channels (Sat TV + Internet TV), 2 flat screen TVs (43 "Master Bedroom and 49" living room) and fast Internet WIFI (fiber optic).
