Brand new apartment, two bedrooms on the sea, with incredible 180º panoramic views (video). A 2-minute walk to Mascarat beach and two other coves. Communal infinity pool and garden. Free, extra long and private parking in the building. Lift and ramps.

The apartment has 102 m2. It has two bedrooms, one en suite with 160 cm bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi, and another with two trundle beds and bathroom with shower. Living room with sofa and chaise longue (it is possible to use the chaise longue or sofa as a 5th bed), free Wifi, TV with 180 channels, home cinema and stereo (CD, MP3, radio), Chromecast Google streaming. Terrace 35 m2 with garden furniture and electric awnings.

Precioso apartamento, bien cuidado cosa que es una rareza en zonas de costa. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y las vistas magníficas. Cuidado con los suelos de mármol para los más pequeños porque si están húmedos resbalan.muy frescos por otro lado :)) La cala en agosto muy llena de barcos a motor. Se puede hacer snorkel…

STUNNING VIEWS, AN AMAZING HOLIDAY

We chose the apartment based on pictures online of the views and we weren't disappointed. It was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed, there were 4 of us 2 adults 2 grown up children and there was more than enough room for us all. Check in and check out were straightforward, our deposit was returned quickly and Estela was in regular contact before we arrived answering any questions that we had. The pool and the gardens at the apartment are lovely for relaxing and never got busy, some days we were the only ones there. The beach is quiet also. There was a good choice of bars and restaurants at the marina, we needed a car only to get to the supermarket and used it also to visit Altea and Javea which are both nearby. We were also able to hire a boat at the marina which is a good way to see the coastline. The concierge at the apartments was very helpful when we had a flat battery on the car even though it was time for him to finish he came with some jump leads and stayed until the car was running. Overall it was a fabulous 2 weeks, thankyou Estela !

A wonderful, magical place. It is a perfect paradise, more than pictures can demonstrate.

The mountains, the sea, such wonder here there were days I had a difficult time leaving the balcony and/or apartment. The sounds of the sea calming the soul. The apartment is lovely, and is stocked with everything you need for your stay. Estela, the owner of the property is so welcoming, helpful and kind. She answered all my questions before my travel, and when I had multiple airline travel issues, she accommodated all the changes. I am moving to the area, Estela introduced me to Teresa Jordan's real estate office to find a long term rental. Anything that will make your stay more perfect, Estela and Irina (on-site contact) will always do for you. I can't imagine a more perfect holiday than staying here!

Des vacances inoubliables

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est bien décoré, très bien équipé et dispose d'une bonne literie. Très grande terasse avec une vue superbe sur la mer, la montagne et Altea. L'appartement et le lieu sont très calmes pour passer des vacances reposantes en famille. La piscine, vue sur mer, est très agréable. La plage est sympa pour faire du snorkeling.

This was one of the best accommodations we have had. The apartment was bright and clean. The balcony was outstanding with wonderful views and lovely sea breezes. The proximity to both the pool and the sea made it easy to choose what you wanted for the moment. The garage with shopping cart made it easy to transport the goods to the apartment. fantastic apartment in best location in costa blanca

we will definitely book again. the apartment was very clean and perfect, with little considerate touches by the owner. it was like home for us from the moment we entered. the huge balcony terrace gave a 180degree view of the bay of Altea, and the beautiful church on top of the hill in the old town. we have been styaing in Altea for over 20 years and this is definitely the best position to be in. sunset with a glass of cava couldnt be better! Going to sleep with the gentle sound of the waves on the shore right outside the window was a magical experience. The facilities in the kitchen perfect, spotlessly clean. Secure easy parking. This certainly is a 5star property.

Magnificent!

We spent 8 wonderful days in the apartment. It was very clean and new, high quality and a very large balcony. The view is magnificant. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The location is great! Calm and surrounded by nature. And yet there's a yachtclub nearby with bars and restaurants. Other advantages: parkinglot, bedding from Zara Home, each room has a window.

A perfect relaxing place...

The flat was perfect, we had a really relaxing week. The decoration is really peaceful, all white and blue, and everything is new, very clean and really good quality. The flat is really well equipped, with everything necessary at hand. The owner was really available and attentive when needed. The views over the sea are absolutely amazing and peaceful and the light is stunning. The swimming pool is great too, warm temperature and overlooking the sea. There are small inlets and a small beach accessible by feet. All in all, a great and highly recommandable place !!!
