Boat ramp

Great house ,very clean a comfortable beds. Their was no boat ramp key to open the private boat ramp an no one had a clue how to get one we were left to figure it out

Labor Day Stay

The location was perfect. They could maybe use a green light for night fishing. Cute home but whoever is making it ready to sell needs to know how to match paint on the wall, paint the ceiling in master bath, seal the back door, and maybe install a few more rod holders on the deck. Love the curfew and neighborhood. Just needs some TLC and new seating and first and foremost and most importantly, please clean the property from top to bottom after every guest.

As advertised

The home was exactly what was advertised minus some small details. We enjoyed the balcony at night, there was enough room to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms worked perfectly. We met a couple of neighbors that were super friendly. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stop sneezing when I was there. When we left, I was fine but it was a struggle for the me the first night without any meds.

Quiet and great views!

House was pretty clean, awesome views waking up in morning. Not a brand new home but I had no issues with it. Not too far from a couple restaurants and a bar or two. Nice neighborhood Pavillion on the bayou too.

Nice place overall

Overall, it was a very nice place and you could tell the owner had been doing some remodel. While there were a few minor issues, it didn't detract from the stay. It was a great location for fishing

Great Getaway

We came here for fishing and it was a great location. House was clean, AC worked, beds comfy. Had we been staying here longer than a few days and it been cooler we would have needed the hot water to actually work but other than that it was a nice location.

Horrible filthy, filthy filthy!

Had to purchase cleaning supplies because the place was SO FILTHY SHEETS HAD TO BE WASHED. DOG POOP EVERYWHERE. DISHES AND FLOOR ALL STICKY. BATHTUB HAD FILTHY STANDING WATER. PEE STAINS ON BATHROOM RUGS, Stains on carpets in all rooms, nassty childrens underwear with poop and shirts behind door in guezt. Outdoor furniture is absolute trash and needs to be removed and burned. Absolute filth!!!! No outdoor beach chairs or toys none!!! Person who rents boat stall raised and lowered his boat all day and night! Over and over and over!! And only took boat out one time made multiple phone calls with complaints. Starting 20 minutes after we arrived. Unless this is made, right, I will never Do business with Vacasa rentals ever again. Ever! Absolutely disgusting.

Nice location-very private

We enjoyed our stay. We had a good time and liked that the house was on the canal and close to the beach. The mattress on the 2nd floor, and all chairs and tables on the deck, should be replaced ASAP. Those are some of the improvements. If the house is cleaner, and if the furniture is decent, we would love to go back. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

worst stay ever, and I rent a lot of houses from Texas to Florida I have no reason to damage anything of yours. I really don't appreciate the accusations. we checked everything before we left. I really wished you would have came out after we talked the first day we were there and reported damage

This is fine but with some details

The house is as seen in the photo, good location, but I lost almost the whole day of vacation, because in the photos it shows boat ramp, and it turns out that to be able to use both the ramp and the pool requires key and only the owners He has them, that was the idea to rent this house) there is no office that can help you, I lost between 3 to 4 hours looking for a ramp, the idea was to know the area in my jetski, and then enjoy a meal in the backyard. But neither did any grill be able to cook, another detail that when we arrived we had problems with the lock, never responded to the code ... and neither did the water work for showering at the top of the house, I basically do not have a good time here

quick beach trip

Needs a few things to be awesome. Working lights outside would be nice. The main reason we stayed here was to be able to fish off the dock at night. The place had nice flood lights and underwater green lights but none of them worked. There wasn't a good way to rinse off things after going to the beach (the hose was all tangled and leaked bad) couldn't tighten it as it was corroded so badly. Found a couple of roaches during our stay. We got there 10 minutes early and the cleaning person was still there. House wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. Crumbs of food on the carpet dirty towels in the bathroom and a dirty refrigerator. Any questions I asked weren't answered. No instructions on checkout. Luckily we have stayed at a few VRBO homes so we sorta knew what to do.

Great little weekend get-away!

Great little house for a weekend get-away! The owners did a nice job flipping this cute canal home. Like most coastal vacations, we spent most our time outside on the large deck or at the beach. The neighbors were extremely friendly! I'm pretty sure this house is new to renting and has only been rented a few times. With that being said, our guest crew think there's some room for improvement (little things such as having a grill, can-opener, dust pan, labeling pool key). Overall, we recommend this house!
