The house is very centrally located in St. Moritz village. Bus stop to St. Moritz Bad and Signalbahn in front of the house, in the opposite direction about 350 metres away, at the Schulhausplatz. - The flat is on floor 1, but due to the hillside location of the building, the balcony is four floors above ground.
(If the departure date falls on a public holiday, the costs for the final cleaning are increased by 50%).
Excursion possibilities: These mountains. These lakes. This light! On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

St. Moritz - glamorous, elegant, great tradition
St. Moritz is one of the most traditional holiday resorts in the world. Its name is protected as a quality brand and stands for style, elegance and class worldwide. According to legend, St. Moritz is the birthplace of Alpine winter tourism (1864), was the venue for two Winter Olympics (1928 and 1948) and hosted the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships for the fifth time in 2017. In 2020, the Olympic flame visited the Upper Engadine for the third time - for the Winter Youth Olympics. St. Moritz will continue to be THE venue for major sporting and cultural events in the future. And yet: St. Moritz originally owes its importance to its healing springs, which have been known for 3,500 years and established the town as a summer health resort early on.
