The renovation was carried out with great attention to detail and with the help of local service providers from the Upper Engadine. The elegant design, hand-planed oak flooring, and carefully selected furnishings make the Euforia apartment a small home in the mountains.

In the living and dining area, you will find a sofa and a TV with Swisscom TV and Netflix. A dining table seats 4 people, perfect for dinners for two or with friends. Adjacent to the living and dining area is the semi-open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

The spacious bedroom features modern wood paneling that creates a cozy atmosphere. It has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and offers ample storage space in an old Engadine wardrobe for your personal belongings. From the bedroom, you can access the bathroom with a shower, which shines in elegant design.

The building includes a laundry room and a ski room for communal use. A garage parking space is also available.

Kleine aber sehr schöne Wohnung an Top-Lage in Samedan. Sehr geschmackvoll und stylisch eingerichtet, hat alles nötige vorhanden. Bequemes Bett, Sofa etwas unbequem. Badezimmer sehr klein, kann nur alleine benutzt werden, aber sehr hübsch. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Preislich in Hochsaison ziemlich teuer, dafür ist die Lage ideal. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage auch toll (Achtung sehr enge Einfahrt und schmaler Parkplatz aber es funktioniert). Die Whg liegt aber super, wenn man ohne Auto ist. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustüre, Coop in 1 Minute erreichbar und Bahnhof in 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Benutzung der Waschmaschine im Keller ist auch inklusive, was sehr praktisch ist. Gerne wieder in Winterzeit. Für Sommerzeit eventuell nicht optimal weil kein Balkon und Aussicht eingeschränkt. Wohnung generell etwas dunkel aber es hat genügend Lampen vorhanden, ebenfalls auch Kerzengläser zum Benutzen. Kaffeemaschine und Milchschäumer sind auch toll.
