This is a private development in a residential neighborhood.
6 restaurants in walking distance on the historical town square with excellent food and service! A statue of Civil War General William S. Rosecran sits with honor on the Northeast Corner of the town square.

The rental was very clean and beds were comfortable. The unit is located in the basement of the house, so there are some stairs to go down. There is a washer and dryer in kitchen if needed. Nick our host was very fast at responding and check in and out were a breeze. Highly recommend this rental if you are in the Sunbury area.

Great stay in a quiet area. We really enjoyed the apartment. Some of the other reviews did mention low ceilings and there are steps that are steep to get to. For us it was not an issue. Communication with the host was great.

We only needed it to get ready in for my daughter's wedding at a nearby campground. All of the girls came over to get dressed and do makeup and hair. Access was easy and it was quiet and just what we needed.

Good place for the price. Couple things to point out, stairs are steep so not for someone with mobility issues. Ceiling has a drop of less than 6‘, so not for someone over six feet unless your careful like my husband. Back bedroom doesn’t have an egress window. Wouldn’t use it as a sleeping room. It was clean and surprisingly quiet. Good choice for long stay where you plan to be out a lot.

This spot was great! Very cozy and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had everything I needed and provided a great spot to come home and relax after a long day of adventures. Visiting with friends was made so much better having a spot like this to hang out in. Owner was also incredibly generous and nice. He was patient with us even if our group got a bit loud at night (board games like Catan and Uno got us going lol). Overall this is an amazing spot to be. Absolutely 0 complaints and would be excited to come back again!!

Gem in a Quiet Neighborhood

My friend and I had a great stay and the location was very peaceful. Very close to drug stores, restaurants and grocery stores. The rental was clean and owner was very quick in responding to my questions. Would definitely stay here again.
