About this property

NEW Luxury villa by the sea, fireplace, sauna, sunshower,renovation 2019

Our villa was completely renovated in 2019 and lavishly refurbished and newly furnished.

2x bathroom and toilet, free WIFI, cot, high chair, PS4, X box and games

On the large wraparound terrace garden loungers, loungers and a Weber grill are available. In front of the house there are two parking spaces. In the house you can enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace, in our sauna or in our wellness shower with SUNSHOWER (4. Quartal) escape the daily stress. (Bathrooms will be renovated 11/19).
Our luxurious villa with 120 sqm of living space is set on a 530 sqm plot and can accommodate up to 6 adults.
It is cozy, comfortable and modern furnished and has two leather sofas and a wood-burning stove in the living room.
There is also a dining area for 6 persons. The new modern kitchen with dishwasher, SMEG microwave, SMEG oven, coffee maker and Senseo.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an electric box spring bed.
The newly designed bathroom with a bathtub, a towel radiator and the highlight, a walk-in rain shower with SUNSHOWER is available from 12/19.
A newly renovated separate toilet with vanity is also located on the ground floor.
Furthermore, a high chair, baby monitor and a travel cot are available for free.
The house has free Wi-Fi.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One with double bed 180x200 and the other with 160x200. In one room is also a new Playstation 4.
In our new large sauna on the upper floor, for up to 6 people, you can recover from everyday life and relax.
The new bathroom (from 4. Quarter 2019) on the floor has a shower and toilet, and a towel radiator.

Two parking spaces are in front of the house.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus im Landal Park unweit der Dünen bzw. dem Meer. Julianadorp selber ist nicht sehr attraktiv ... Wer aber einen Strandurlaub machen möchte und dafür ein schönes Haus sucht ist hier richtig!

Wunderbare Villa in Strandnähe

Die Villa ist sehr sauber, wunderbar ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt und liegt sehr gut gelegen in der Nähe der Dünen und das Strandes. Für Kinder ist der Urlaubspark, in der sich die Villa befindet, wunderbar. Ob Spielplätze, Trampolin, Schwimmbad, Bowling Bahn oder Fahrräder, hier wird alles angeboten, was das Kinderherz begehrt. Eine perfekte Urlaubsunterkunft für die ganze Familie!

Really nice house

The house is beautifully decorated, clean and the the beds are comfortable. There are large TVs in all the rooms. The sauna and sun shower are really nice bonuses. We stayed with our three kids (ages 7, 5 and 2), and they enjoyed the toys available in the house. Sheets and towels are not included. The beds are German dimensions, for which we did have the linens to bring ourselves, nor did we want to bother. So that was an additional cost. Overall, it was a very nice stay! Definitely recommend.

Luxurious holiday home in a sweet community close to the beach.

We had a wonderful time at this holiday home. Because of the bad weather, going outside wasn't always the best choice. But, even with the very heavy winds, it didn't take us very long to get to the beach. Thanks to everything that's available in this house, namely the sauna/whirlpool bathtub & the game consoles, we had a really great time! All communication with the owners went really smoothly, they responded quickly and were very kind. Highly recommended for a stay, no matter the weather.

Einfach perfekt

Es war ein schöner Kurztrip für 4 Nächte am Meer. Das Haus sah auf den Bildern schon toll aus, jedoch wurde das vor Ort noch übertroffen!! Es ist alles total schön, gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das offen gestaltete Galerie- Wohnzimmer mit Kamin machte den Abend perfekt. Super Gefühl bis zur Dachspitze gucken zu können. Alle Räume waren sehr gepflegt, die Sauna neuwertig und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Solarium Dusche und die Whirlpool Badewanne. Da wir leider relativ schlechtes Wetter hatten, konnten wir dafür alle Sachen im Haus ausgiebig ausprobieren. :) Die Lage ist gut. Man kann in 15 min zum Meer laufen oder mit dem Auto in die umliegenden Orte fahren. Alles für den Einkauf ist mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wäre zuviel zu erzählen, ich war schon 25x in Nordholland. Toll, wirklich einfach schön! Wenn wir wieder nach Julianadorp fahren, dann nur noch in dieses Haus. Super schöne Tage

Wir haben 3 tolle Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Unsere Kinder waren fast nicht vor die Tür zu bringen bei diesem Multimedia Angebot. Super ausgestattet und wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Wir haben 4 wunderbare Tage mit unseren zwei Kids in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, geräumig und gut ausgestattet, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. In der Nähe sind mehrere kleine Spielplätze und das Schwimmbad. Mit dem Auto/Fahrrad ist der Strand auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sowie die Gegend für einen Urlaub nur empfehlen.
