The Space:
Nestled on the edge of the Rockies, our charming Victorian home captures the essence of Colorado's spirit. Just minutes from downtown, this space is meticulously designed for both relaxation and convenience. Recently renovated, the interior boasts clean, airy architecture complemented by dark wood floors and local décor, creating a blend of cozy charm and modern elegance.

Entertain yourself with our 55” 4k Roku Smart TV and unwind on the queen-sized pull-out sofa with a memory foam mattress, perfect for additional guests.

KITCHEN
Fully stocked and ready for cooking, our kitchen offers everything from pizza cutters to cooking oils and spices. Start your mornings right with fresh coffee from our Keurig.

BEDROOM
Experience ultimate comfort on our queen-sized mattress, surrounded by a blend of vintage and modern décor. Catch up on work at the high-tech sit/stand electronic desk, complete with a wireless phone charger.

Shared with the main house, our backyard features a 5-burner propane grill, a seating area with a fire pit, and a brand new 8-person hot tub, providing an ideal setting to relax and soak in the beauty of Colorado.

We understand that your trip is a carefully planned experience, and we're committed to providing a stay that exceeds your expectations. With attention to detail and a focus on your comfort, our space offers everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Guest Access:
Enjoy full access to the guesthouse and everything in it. Make yourself at home with full use of the kitchen and laundry room. The backyard is shared with the main house, which is available to rent via Airbnb should you need more room for friends or family. We will happily offer a discount to guests who would like to book both houses.

The Neighborhood:
Our guest house is close to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and iconic tourist destinations. Located between commercial downtown businesses and the local neighborhood, we are about as close as you can get to downtown with free parking.


Since we are so close and walking distance to downtown, there are occasionally transients nearby. Our home is safe, fully-fenced, and we've never had any issues with trespassing. However, if you are from the suburbs and used to never seeing those in need, our home might not be the best fit for you. Like most downtown cities, there are sometimes homeless people in the area.

Getting Around:
Conveniently walk to great places to eat, drink, shop, and hangout. Odyssey Gastropub is incredible and has a little bit of everything, T-Byrd's and Dos Santos have amazing Mexican food, Bingo Burger and The Skirted Heifer for great burgers or you can relax with a beer at Phantom Canyon or Mash Mechanix (our favorite breweries).

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

We are legally registered with the City of Colorado Springs! Don't worry about your booking getting cancelled the day before your trip!

***We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
