Beautiful 3 bed/2 bath home with brand heated pool and hot tub. 10 mins to beach

New to VRBO, this home has a complete new yard (May 2022) with a heated pool, hot tub, splash area and covered dining and seating areas. The home has 3 bedrooms (all with king beds) and spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. We are a 10 minute drive to the beach and close to hundreds or restaurants, shops, markets etc. We also own the home next door that is 2 bedroom and 2 bath with heated pools Together the homes can accommodate 10 people with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, two pools and a hot tub.

We absolutely loved the home and the pool! It was the perfect set up for our family. The location is not too far from the airport, beach and many attractions.

Great stay

We enjoyed the ease and access of staying at this property! The location was perfect for us and the property had everything we needed. Very cute and spacious. We had 3 couples-can’t beat 3 king beds! The pool and hot tub were well maintained as well. If we come back to this area we will stay here again! The owner was very responsive with any questions that I had as well.

Great place to stay and close to the beach!!!!

This was an excellent place to stay and less than 10 minutes to beach. The house was very clean and the pool is a great place to relax at the end of the day. Definitely will be back soon.

From start to finish, loved this property. Host was very responsive and the house, rooms and pool area was a dream. Nice quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities and the beach. Really sad to leave!

Quiet Retreat

Had a great stay at this place. Spent the majority of our time outside in the pool/hot tub. Great seating area with a TV right by the pool. Very inviting. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had what we needed- a fridge to keep the beer cold and coffee pot for the morning!

What a relaxing week!!! The home is beautiful. My husband and two granddaughters (19 and 13) totally enjoyed our stay. You couldn't ask for more as far as the pool area. Thank you Patrick!!! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful property

I would choose 4.5 if it was an option. A wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood with a fantastic and easy to work with host. Plenty of room and a wonderfully private pool and back yard. A few minor maintenance issues and cleanliness considerations that we were not planning to experience.

Amazing outdoor area!

The pool and hot tub were really nice. We enjoyed the outdoor area the most. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. We were not fond of the showers or lighting. If people are in the pool or outside area you can see the person showering in the master bath. Over all great stay and the owner was great at communicating quickly.

Wilton Manors Work Vacation

We stayed at Patrick's house for two weeks for a work/vacation. Communication with Patrick was great, always responsive and very quick. Check-in was easy. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our elderly golden retriever enjoyed walks in the quiet neighborhood. The backyard with pool and spa was an oasis to retreat to and enjoy a quiet dinner/drinks and a relaxing swim. Highly recommend.

Nice Place To Stay

This home had a great location, being very close to beaches and excellent restaurants. The house was generally clean, though we did notice some dust on the walls. We contacted the host about a water leak in the master bathroom. Kevin mentioned that a plumber would come on Monday due to the holiday, but unfortunately, they never arrived. We had to place a plastic bowl on the ground to catch the leaking water. Despite this minor issue, the pool was wonderful, and we would consider renting here again.
