There are 2 separate living spaces for you to enjoy along with a dining area. The home comes with 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards to enjoy water activities along the scenic middle river canal directly accessed from the backyard. Prepare a delicious meal using the fully equipped kitchen or the outdoor grill, which you can enjoy sitting around either the indoor or outdoor dining tables. Chill in the bright and sunny Florida room, with wrap-around windows invitingly bringing in the water view. Also, only a 10 min ride to E Las Olas Blvd to enjoy all the buzz of downtown Fort Lauderdale.
