in the 2-story Dolphin Building. Condo 277 has beautiful views from the private covered lanai of the ocean, swimming pool and west Maui mountains.
Kaanapali Beach is superb for walking, swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and whale watching.
#277 is a Lofted One bedroom with a Beauty Rest King size bed for two people.
The tiled Lanai on the 2nd floor measures 7 feet x 14’ and overlooks the pool and ocean.
Castaways Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, dinner...plus a full bar in a relaxed atmosphere.
Whalers Village nearby has restaurants & shops.
Hawaiian style Dolphin building offers relaxed setting unlike modern high-rise buildings.
Stairs to entrance at 2-story Dolphin Bldg.
No elevator: stairs to bedroom...NOT suitable for children or persons with disabilities.
Upgraded full kitchen with granite counters, large refrigerator and large tile flooring.
Upgraded decor with Leather furniture (new in December 2023).
New glass sliding patio-lanai doors installed recently.
Air-conditioner located in loft bedroom
Living room has “sun-blocking” liner in green drapes to keep sunlight out for those that want to sleep late in the morning.
Leather sofa in Living room is not a pullout sofa-sleeper.
Condo sleeps only two people in the King size bedroom.
