ABOUT THE CONDO...
This well appointed beachfront villa is located in the Dolphin building which is one of the two beachfront buildings located at MKV. This villa was just completely remodeled and has all new furnishings! Come and wake-up to the beautiful pacific blue waves and witness the mesmerizing sunsets over the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai! During the winter months you will see plenty of whale activity from your very own beachfront lanai! You are just steps away from the white sandy beach where you can sunbath, swim, snorkel, dive, or take a walk along the beach in either direction.

This one bedroom villa has been tastefully decorated with comfort in mind and can sleep up to four guests. You will feel at home in this 1,000 sq. ft. villa with amazing views. The well-equipped kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, custom white cabinetry with beautiful granite counter tops; cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with small appliances, dishes, utensils and cookware. The sleeping arrangements include a King size bed in the master, along with a sofa sleeper in the living room. There are sliding doors that can be closed to separate the bedroom from the living area for privacy. The beautiful bathroom provides a walk-in shower, trough style sink, custom white cabinetry and granite countertops to match the kitchen. The villa also provides two large flat screen tv's and a desk for those who need to work remotely during your stay. Wifi and basic cable is provided by the resort. Upon your arrival you will find a basic "starter" set of kitchen and bath items. This is a non-smoking unit.

ABOUT THE RESORT..
Come and relax by one of the two pools that are located on property. The oceanfront pool is closest to the villa and has a jet spa, lounge chairs, a wading pool and water features. You can also try out the tropical garden pool located by the Coconut building that also has a jet spa and lounge chairs. Other resort amenities include a coin-operated laundry facility, a fitness center, beach activities center, along with a shuttle service to Whalers Village. The Castaway's oceanfront restaurant and bar is located by the oceanfront pool and is open for breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner. Certain nights of the week, they offer specials and will even have live music! MKV does charge a daily resort fee of $25.00 plus the 17.962% HI taxes. This is paid directly to the resort upon your arrival. This also includes parking for one vehicle.

With this resort being centrally located in West Maui, you are just minutes away from fine dining and casual restaurant's, shopping and world-class golfing! Whaler's Village is just a short walk away or a ride on the trolley. Kapalua is just about 5 miles to the north and Lahaina Town is just about 5 miles to the south. It is the perfect location for a romantic couples getaway or for fun filled family vacation.
