With air conditioning, heating, robes, slippers and essential toiletries, you'll have all the comforts of home. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this vacation home has it all, making it the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones.

Pool & Spa:
May through September, the pool is heated complimentary to 85 degrees via solar heat pumps.

October through April, the pool can be heated, but due to the low overnight temperatures and cost of propane it is an additional $200 per night, with a two night minimum. We need payment and five days notice to have it heated to 85 degrees by check in.

The spa is complimentary and heated year round.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Remove personal items

Replace TV, heater-AC, portable heaters/fans remotes. Replace pool cover key in the control box if moved or used during your stay.

Please tidy up the house to the condition it was when you arrived and replace any moved furniture, return outdoor furniture to its place, return pool toys to their holders etc.

Please check for personal items (drawers, closets etc.), please leave the Welcome book on the kitchen counter.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No extra guests over 8 , includes day visitors, quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am; four cars max with out preapproval, no RVs.

Min age to book 25, no 3rd party bookings, main guest on reservation must be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests.

No tampering/removal of cameras $500 fine and can incur immediate eviction without refund. Cover pool when not in use.

Family Retreat

We were looking for a quiet place with a location close to the coast. This place was perfect. They have created a resort-feel without the people, which was perfect. The house is very comfortable with a very unique spanish style.

I love to share my slice of paradise with visitors and you will have privacy, but I am available if needed. You will feel a million miles from the city, with sunset and mountain views but you are just a few minutes from downtown Atascadero, and minutes from many wineries, Paso Robles, Tin City and San Luis Obispo.

Spacious, open, plenty of privacy and multiple areas for visiting or relaxing. Large black bottom pool and 6 person jacuzzi. Spacious back yard with large, lush lawn, bbq, games like ping pong, cornhole plus pool floats, board games, puzzles and fire pit.
