The fully equipped kitchen features a striking stone island, stainless steel appliances, and custom wood cabinetry—perfect for preparing everything from quick snacks to elaborate meals without ever missing out on the action happening in the main living space.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area showcases a beautiful handcrafted log table that comfortably seats eight, offering the perfect spot for family meals or games, all while enjoying views of the trees through large windows. The open layout ensures you can stay part of the fun and conversation, whether you're cooking, dining, or simply soaking in the cozy cabin atmosphere. For larger groups, there are four additional seats at the kitchen counter, and a card table with four more chairs is also available, ensuring everyone has a place to gather and enjoy meals or games together.

For those looking for another cozy hangout, head downstairs to "The Retreat" a perfect mix of relaxation and fun. This spacious, well-decorated area is where friendly competition meets comfort. Challenge family and friends to a game on the air hockey table, or kick back and enjoy a movie or the big game on the enormous 75” 4K TV. Want the ambiance of a fire without the hassle? The electric fireplace offers the warmth and cozy feel of a fire at the touch of a button. Whether you're winding down after a day outdoors or seeking some downtime indoors, this space is a family favorite for casual evenings or late-night fun.

When it’s time to rest, our cabin provides six distinct sleeping areas, designed to ensure comfort and privacy for up to 16 guests. These spaces are thoughtfully distributed across three levels, offering a variety of experiences:

*Three traditional bedrooms: These rooms are ideal for guests who prefer the classic comfort and seclusion of a private bedroom. Each room is tastefully decorated to complement the rustic charm of the cabin, providing a serene retreat at the end of each day. With spacious closets and dressers, you’ll have plenty of room to unpack, settle in, and feel right at home.

*Two flexible spaces with privacy curtains: These rooms feature floor-to-ceiling curtains that can be drawn for privacy at night or left open during the day, offering a cozy and versatile sleeping experience. They are perfect for those who want a balance between openness and seclusion. One room comes with a closet to hang your clothes, while the other features a dresser, offering convenient storage for a longer stay.

*One Loft above the Gathering Room: Overlooking the heart of the cabin, this loft area provides an open and airy sleeping space while still offering a unique sense of privacy. It’s a favorite among kids and those who want to wake up to the inviting smells of breakfast cooking below!

*Bonus 7th sleeping area! For even more flexibility, we offer a double-sized rollaway bed that can be set up wherever you choose. Many guests like to place the rollaway in The Retreat, which also has a floor-to-ceiling curtain, allowing it to transform into a cozy, secluded sleeping area when needed.

Step outside and enjoy the expansive 1,100 sq. ft. wrap-around deck, perfect for soaking in panoramic lake views no matter the weather. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, cooking a mid-day meal on the gas grill, or stargazing after dark, this spacious deck offers a front-row seat to nature’s beauty. And when it’s time to truly unwind, slip into our brand-new 2024 Grandee 7-person hot tub. Picture yourself relaxing in the soothing water, taking in the peaceful scenery as the sun sets on the lake.

Our lake offers a truly untouched and tranquil experience, ideal for wildlife enthusiasts and avid anglers. While the beachfront is perfect for wading and a splash, it transitions into a marsh-like wetland before the end of the dock. This natural habitat, especially prominent during lower water levels, is home to a variety of fish and attracts a wide array of wildlife. Ducks, loons, and the majestic bald eagle, often perched in the trees near the property or on the nearby state-owned island, add to the magical experience of staying here. Nature lovers will revel in the opportunity for peaceful wildlife spotting, right from the bench on dock.

For the more adventurous, your stay includes access to a full suite of watercraft! Explore the lake by canoe, kayak over to the island, challenge yourself on one of the paddleboards, or enjoy a leisurely trip in the paddle boat. Rather not row yourself? The aluminum row boat with an 8 HP 4-stroke Yamaha motor is ready for fishing or just cruising the serene waters.

Please note, for summer stays between Memorial Day and Labor Day, we require a minimum of seven-night bookings, with Saturday-to-Saturday stays recommended to avoid weekend traffic.
