Unser Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand von Bad Kötzting, ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Ein Stellplatz für Ihr Auto ist vorhanden. Austragsstüberl: Unser Austragsstüberl ist vor allem für Senioren geeignet. Über einen Treppenlift erreichen Sie bequem die Ferienwohnung. (44 qm für zwei Personen) Die Ferienwohung ist mit einem Wohn-/Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), Sitzgarnitur, Sat-TV und Radio, Wohnküche mit Essecke und Küchenzeile (Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Ceranfeld, Backofen) ausgestattet. Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, Balkon. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.
