Dubay Lake Life at it's finest!
This home directly on Lake Dubay is the perfect space for family reunions. With bedrooms spread out over three levels, and a bathroom on each level, there is plenty of space for multiple families. Watch the sunset from the outdoor bar. Enjoy s'mores around the firepit. Relax on one of the several outdoor gathering spaces. Boat lifts are just waiting for your fishing boat or pontoon! 2 dog limit - $75 fee applies. Neighbors on both sides of us have dogs. They are friendly, but there are no fences.

The top level has a two bedrooms and a half bathroom. This is the perfect space for families with babies. It is nice and quiet up there!

Second level has two bedrooms, a full bathroom (no bathub) and a family room. The family room has two long couches and a full size futon. There is a large screen smart TV in this room. There is also a bar area and two small couches that are perfect for morning coffee looking over the lake. The sliding glass door leads to a spacious deck. Enjoy watching the tubers and skiers from the deck bar. Or relax and enjoy the sunset!

The main level has several gathering spaces. The converted garage has two Murphy beds, a futon, smart TV, and game table. The living room has a full size couch, chair and a half, and a gas fireplace to warm up after a day at the slopes. The bathroom on this level has a shower stall, but no bathtub. If your group likes to stay up late, you can close the door at the bottom of the stairs so you don’t disturb sleeping kids! There is also a laundry room on this level with large capacity washer and dryer.

Just last year we added an outdoor bar on the lakeside of the home. It has glass doors that roll up to the ceiling so you can really enjoy those warm summer days. We have a brand new patio and fire pit that will also accommodate your large group!
There is an additional patio table with seating for 6. The bar on the deck seats 4. The new outdoor bar seats 7. The pub table seats 2. There is plenty of seating for the fire pit as well!

The kitchen has everything you could need. Plates, silverware, pans, crock pots, toaster, blender, Keurig, etc. are all provided. The charcoal grill is right outside the kitchen.
If you are looking for a party house, this is not the house for you. Parties are absolutely not permitted. This family home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors - just because you are on vacation does not mean they are. They are our friends and we would like to keep it that way! If the quiet hour rules are not followed, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.

Useful information:
We have plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. There are extras for couch/futon sleepers.
There are no bathtubs in this home - only showers.
We have steps off of our dock that lead right into the water. There is a rocky bottom - water shoes are recommended.
The lake is roughly 8’ deep at the end of the dock.
Bring life vests if you are planning on swimming around in the lake.
We have toys you are welcome to use - please put them away when done. Cozy coup. Tricycle. Sand/water tables. Corn hole bags/boards. 3 kayaks.
You can rent pontoons from Dubay Waters - we have a boat lift.
The home is located very closely to some railroad tracks - just past the end of our driveway. Sometimes trains come through a couple of times per day. Sometimes not at all. Sometimes in the early morning.
