Guests will be given a keyless entry code provided as well as driving directions 5 days prior to arrival.

The roads are paved all the way up to Dogwood Drive. At that point, it is a well maintained, gentle gravel drive to the Lodge. No steep hills or treacherous mountain roads.

There is NO refund of the payment processing fee upon booking. Once you book, no matter when a cancellation may be made, the processing fee of 3.5% will never be refundable.

Please note if you are booking more than 90 days in advance, you will be charged a 25% down payment at booking.
