Cook delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances, to enjoy in front of the large ocean view windows after a full day adventuring from D Sands' central location in Lincoln City. With access to our HOA provided Wi-Fi and heated pool, what could possibly make this better?

The Space:
Unit 211 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo suite with a private oceanfront balcony. 2 Queen beds in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room provide plenty of room for up to 6 guests. Cook delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances, to enjoy in front of the large ocean view windows after a full day adventuring from D Sands' central location in Lincoln City. With access to our HOA provided Wi-Fi and heated pool, what could possibly make this better?

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Love DSands- Location Location Location

It's been years since we have stayed at DSands. We were a regular there for like 10 years staying a couple times a year. It was so nice to return this year - Room 211 was great, beds are so comfortable, and it had everything we needed to make our 4 days enjoyable. Sitting on the deck and being right on the water was beautiful. The room was clean and had plenty of towels etc. The Carpet was ok but could have used some steam cleaning...but hey tracking in sand and being at the ocean makes sense, it was vacuum clean. Their check in and keypad was so easy, and the office customer service was friendly The only thing is the picture on the website shows incorrectly the room that is 211. The room 211 actually is reversed with the couch on the opposite side of the room - We will return as much as time allows and would be happy to stay in 211 again. FYI There are 15 steps to go up to the second level. The stairway is enclosed. Lincoln City is my Happy Place and staying at DSands after all these years is part of that! See you again!

Great beachfront

Our stay was a last minute family trip. Unit 211 was tastefully decorated and we loved the double queen beds in the bedroom. I would've given it a 5 star except for the fact that there were sands on the sofa, it wasn't properly cleaned/vacuumed. The bottom of the toilet was dirty with a huge yellow stain from the last guests, the toilet tank was running all day/night after flushing. There was only a quarter paper towel roll left in the kitchen. Although there were lots of kitchen towels, due to sanitary purpose it would have been nice to have a full roll or spare roll in the kitchen. The patio chairs were extremely uncomfortable to sit on. I understand the facility was pretty short on cleaning staff but a clean unit ready for the next paying guests should still be a top priority. I would consider staying here again if the bathroom was properly cleaned.
