Guests can make use of a King bed in the bedroom or the queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance, and the kitchen is stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. The HOA provides a pool as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi. There's also an easy staircase to the beach!

The Space:
No 316 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo that sleeps up to 6. Located on the top floor, it's just 30 steps up and offers amazing ocean views from the balcony. Guests can make use of a king bed in the bedroom or the queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance, and the kitchen is stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. The HOA provides a pool as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi. There's also an easy staircase to the beach!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Great beach access to take the family and pets on a walk. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and cookery. Love the gas fireplace to cuddle up to and get cozy. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity to bring the family to enjoy. Would stay here again!

The view was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed. I was worried that I wouldn’t like the location as it was right next to public access, however it was just fine. Parking is tight however they do a good job of explaining that up front. You can’t really complain when you’re right on the beach!

Great location with ocean view balcony and easy beach access. Online photos made it look a little more updated/"fancier" than it was, and parking could be challenging, but it was still good. Pretty clean, but we did find a couple of bottles caps that were missed by staff. Plenty of towels and linens available. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Gem of a Spot

Stunning ocean views! You can’t beat the view that comes replete with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean, a fireplace, a full kitchen and a back bedroom. It was the perfect set up for our family, being just steps away from the beach. I would stay again in a heartbeat!
