With a King bed and a queen bed this condo sleeps up to 4 people, with a stocked kitchen that is great for groups that want to eat in. The bathroom also has a bathtub for the kids. The HOA provides a pool that guests have access to, and an easy beach access staircase is on the property.

The Space:
317 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family condo on the top floor, located 30 steps up. Guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from the balcony or relax in front of a gas fireplace. With a king bed and a queen bed this condo sleeps up to 4 people, with a stocked kitchen that is great for groups that want to eat in. The bathroom also has a bathtub for the kids. The HOA provides a pool that guests have access to, and an easy beach access staircase is on the property.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

The room was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals “at home”. And the view was amazing!! Nothing blocking the ocean view and easy access nearby to the beach. The staff were friendly and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Very clean. Comfortable. Not luxurious, but comfortable like a warm hug. Well furnished. Comfy beds. Excellent view!! Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. HOT shower. Loved the fireplace. Room warmed up quickly. Staff was receptive to some issues we had with the door lock and sent housekeeping and maintenance to address our issues. Very friendly staff.

Great place on the beach. It's a bit outdated, the fireplace could've used a cleaning and I found what looked to be like dog hair on the sofa cushions even though it's supposed to be a dog-free rental.

Views & the comforts of home

My husband and I stayed 3 nights recently and chose this particular condo for the ocean view and balcony = it did not disappoint! While the property and building are a bit older, the condo itself had updated and comfortable furniture as well as everything we needed in the kitchen! Plenty of blankets, pillows, kitchenware and room to move around. And a fireplace........ahhhhhhhhhhh We truly felt like it was our home-away-from home for that long weekend. The communication we received from the beginning of our reservation all the way up to our checkout was clear and often. We will be back!!!!

Almost perfect

I would give an almost perfect because everything was really great but the beds are SUPER hard. We purchased a mattress topper at Walmart in Newport to get some sleep. Just something to be aware of if super firm mattresses don’t work for you. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Lovely stay until the last day

Location was perfect and everything was clean and comfy. Checkin process was easy. We woke up around 8 on our last day to a high pitched constant beeping noise and after investigating, we found it was the carbon monoxide alarm. We did not feel comfortable staying in the room due to this. Due to no one being in the office, I informed the after hours number and then told the front desk person when they came in at 10am (they were super helpful and understanding). We were told it was the battery. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy our final morning and checked out early. No one has followed up with us about it or responded to the email I sent asking for a partial refund.

Unit 317 was clean and, of course, had a fantastic ocean-front view. Light bulb on patio needs replacement (strobes when turned on) and the refrigerator seal needs replacing (split along the top, making it difficult to get and keep closed).

Amazing getaway location

Beautiful place to stay that made our weekend getaway perfect. Good location to explore the coast and what it has to offer. The balcony view was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the coast. Easy checkin and out.
