Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

If the grill was used, IT MUST be cleaned thoroughly, including any utensils, or an addionally fee will be charged. Please be sure to turn off propane tank and replace cover.
If any furniture or items have been moved, please return everything back to its original location. This ensures our team can get the property ready for the next guests in a timely fashion.

I could see the vision of this place the second my wife and I walked in.. Amazing location and layout, just needed a good facelift, which we completed and love the way it came together!

This home is surrounded by city owned woods and sits on it's own half circle drive. Secluded is the best way to describe it. The home sits on a main trail system so you can walk right down from the porch and on to over 30 miles of beautiful nature trails!
