About this property

Sunset Place/ Adjacent Lake Erie, Conneaut Township Park, Conneaut boat docks.

Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood, in the Conneaut Harbor. This is in a great location to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Lake Erie. We are within walking distance of Conneaut Township and about two blocks from the boat docks. Our favorite things to do are walk on the beach, and kayaking with the family. We also enjoy wine tasting, Ferrante's is our favorite. There are several nice family restaurants including Angela's cafe and Sparky Place. within 1-3 blocks. There are many family events in the area including : D-Day Conneaut, The 4th of July event , Covered Bridge Festival and several wonderful wineries.

We like to go for walks on the beach, gardening and going kayaking. We enjoy relaxing near the backyard firepit in the evenings. We enjoy hosting our guests and helping guide them to visit our beautiful area. Lake Erie and surrounding area.

This property is located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. We are located within walking blocks of the Conneaut Township Park and within blocks of the boat docks.
Close Proximity to D-Day Conneaut Ohio Event and Covered Bridge Festival as well a several local wineries. There are also several nice family restaurant with blocks of the house. Including Sparks's Place, Breakwall Cafe, Biscotti's restraunt, table 529 and much more.

Location:We are located aprox 3 miles from Rt 90/ Aprox 40 minutes from Geneva On the Lake. Aprox 30 minutes from Erie PA
