Modern Lake Home in Private setting with Lake Access and Hot Tub

Modern newly remodeled lake house with a 4 person hot tub and fire pit. The large turn around driveway allows for you to bring your boat and provides ample parking.

You will have community lake access directly across the street where you can watch the sunset on top of the bluff or venture down the hill where you will find cobalt blue beach glass strewn along the shore.
Conneaut beach park is a 7 minute drive away with beautiful beaches and lots boardwalks. Ashtabula harbor is a 15 minute drive away with lots of restaurants and quaint shops. Geneva on the lake is a 30 minute drive.
The house is in a private setting with lots of trees in the large back yard and a partial lake view in the front yard

Why they chose this property

Conneaut, Ohio is a small Lakeside community with plenty of summer activities and local vineyards. I thoroughly enjoy living here. Summers are quiet and mild. Winters are windy and snowy as the Lake freezes and forms ice mounds along the shoreline.

What makes this property unique

The house has an open floor plan and is great for socializing. The private back yard is huge with a large fire pit and hot tub. A unique experience here is enjoying the hot tub while having a wonderful view of the stars with snow is gently falling.
