Schöne Wohnung

Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Wohnung war schick eingerichtet. Leider gibt es keinem Backofen, aber auch das war zu verkaften. Der check-in war anfangs etwas kompliziert, bis ich das Youtube Tutoorial

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit kleinem Haken

Normalerweise gibt es gegen diese Ferienwohnung nichts einzuwenden. Der ausgewiesene Preis wäre super gewesen. die Räumlichkeiten waren passend Viertelstunde bis zum Strand auch ideal. Aber 60 € mehr abgebucht als vereinbart mit dem Hinweis das wären Gebühren. Ist nicht in Ordnung. Auch nach Reklamation keinerlei entgegenkommen die 60 € sind weg. Schade!

Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung in bester Lage. Egal was man machen möchte, alles ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen, egal ob Supermärkte, der Strand oder Restaurants. Falls wir jemals wieder nach Swinemünde fahren wollen, wissen wir wohin.

Wir waren jetzt bereits zum 3. Mal dort , Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet , sauber und ruhig . Das einzige was wirklich fehlt ist ein vernünftiger Herd und Backofen .sonst alles OK

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung. Gute Lage und reibungsloses Einchecken. Haben die Wohnung schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Empfehlenswert. Es könnte nur etwas mehr Geschirr sein.

Es war wie immer alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit

Uns hat gefallen das alles was auf der Seite angegeben ist auch vorhanden war, deshalb kommen wir auch wieder, wenn das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis so bleibt! Etwas unglücklich ist die frühe Check Out Zeit von 10 Uhr, besser wäre wie sonst International üblich, 12 Uhr.

Gesamtbeurteilung

Die Angaben zur Etage (4.) auf der Buchungsbestätigung stimmten nicht; das Appartement befand sich in der 2. Etage, Sauberkeit = okay. Leider gab es lediglich 3 deutschsprachige TV-Programme (RTL, Sat1 und Pro7), aber keine Hauptprogramme wie ARD, ZDF oder gar dritte Programme. Ansonsten ist das Appartement chick und wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt.

In der Unterkunft ist auch für zwei Personen etwas wenig Geschirr.Der Toaster war bereits bei unserem letzten Urlaub defekt, dass hat sich nicht geändert. Immerhin lag 1 Jahr zwischen unseren Aufenthalten. Bei der angegebenen Servicenummer ist niemand zu erreichen, das haben wir versucht. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre gut und ein Toaster der auch funktioniert.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Wire waren eine Woche in Swinemünde in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt einem Häuserkomplex mit mehreren Einheiten. Der Der Zugang zur Wohnung war problemlos und die Lage trotz der vielen Wohnblöcke sehr ruhig. Ein Lidl Markt war in 200 Meter Entfernung, MacDonalds un der Polenmarkt ca. 300 Meter. Zur Promenade war es etwas weiter (ca. 1,2 Km), zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten. Die Stadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich zu Fuß gut erkunden, ins Centrum mit Geschäften sind es ebenfalls ca. 1,1 Km. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder nach Swinemünde fahren.
