The newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, around 1400sqft townhome offers a combination of elegance, comfort, modern, and convenience during your stay.
The main floor presents open concept Kitchen, living and dining area. A seamless flow is great for entertaining family and guests. The half bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer are easily accessible on the main floor. Big windows throughout the space give lots of natural light. The living room has a queen size pullout and also an oversized electric recliner chair. During summer and fall guests have access to a great furnished deck with a table, chairs and umbrella.
The main floor staircase takes you to two well-sized bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms share a large full-size bathroom with double vanity and combination of bathtub with shower. Each bedroom has a big flat screen tv with smart option through Roku OR directly through TV options.
The whole unit has hardwood flooring throughout, there is plenty of space for comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests.
The townhome is fully furnished and it has a fully equipped kitchen. Towels, bedding, linens, pots, pans, silverware, plates, high speed internet, everything and more to make your stay worry free.
Off street parking on the driveway for up to 2 cars. (Second car parking available only per request). We welcome families and pack'n play available upon request.
The Townhouse is centrally located 5 min to Downtown Asheville and Mission Hospital, 7 min to Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village, 10 min to Blue Ridge Parkway. Very conveniently located 1 mile to I-40, I-240 and Asheville Mall. The neighborhood is family oriented, minutes' walk to some restaurants/ bars.

This was an ideal place to stay for a few days of cycling in Asheville. The property is quiet, it's newly renovated, it has everything you need and it is located just a few minutes from downtown. Easy parking is a plus, and the host was helpful, friendly, responsive and very kind. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we're in Asheville.
Renovated unit in the rear of the house. Living area with sofa bed and half bath downstairs with 2 br and full bath upstairs. Deck with table and chairs. Perfect unit for 3 teammates to share for a weekend tournament.
We had a great time. 4 friends, all from the coast but different cities all meeting in the mountains to catch up and sample the local fare. Location made it easy to day trip to the Biltmore and up the Great Smokey Mountain Highway. Close to downtown but you going to need to drive, or Uber. Due to the layout of the city, it is not practical to walk it. We liked the bedrooms being upstairs away from the living/kitchen area so people could turn in early or sleep late without being disturbed, which is often the case in close quarters. We all agreed we would come back if we ever chose to repeat the trip.

As i mentioned in my property description downtown Asheville is within 2 mile radius away from downtown more like 1.5 mile. It does take about 30 min to walk to downtown if someone likes to walk. There are sidewalks all the way to downtown however 30 min can be a longer walk. Uber and lyft are very popular so definitely this is a great option to leave your car parked and not to have to worry to find a parking space along downtown streets.
