Great location

The location was perfect for our needs. The backyard was a great entertainment space with the putting green and fire pit. Communication with the owner was easy and they responded promptly.

Exceeded expectations.

This house is located in established and quiet neighborhood. It comes equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. And very conveniently and centrally located in the valley. Owner is extremely responsive and reasonable with pricing.

Perfection - Pictures don’t do this place justice

First off, the pictures do not do this home justice, it’s so much nicer than it seems in the photos. My fiancé and I planned this trip to Scottsdale to “test out” the area and living in a house with a backyard for our dog. Cale was absolutely responsive and accommodating on every message I sent. The backyard/pool is perfect and has so many great touches. The couch is one of the best couches I’ve ever sat on and the TV was large and beautiful (football season). Kitchen was stocked with essentials (seasonings, pans, plates, cutlery, paper towels, soap, utensils, foil/glad wrap, etc) which made it so nice and this attention to detail extends through the towels and toilet paper and cleaning supplies of the whole house. The laundry room was superb and the master bedroom is fantastic. I don’t know what else to say, but this house & Cale are a dream team and would stay here on every extended stay to Scottsdale again (but I’m moving there;)) Thanks, Cale!

Comfortable home that sleeps 8 and is spacious enough to accommodate that many people. Saltwater pool, with privacy from all neighbors due to extended fence height in back yard. Gas fireplace, lots of exterior seating, with a BBQ. Covered patio area with cable TV in back yard.
