well priced and spacious for Scottsdale, convenient location to everything-Old towne and 101, great for families since for us everyone got their own bedroom and there is an awesome kids/family park withing 5-10min walk which the boys loved! The other thing which was awesome is that the host really stocks the unit with all the things you need like spices, toilet paper, detergent, etc. I've been in units where those things are sparse and over a week there, you need those things! Also, we had a dog and there is plenty of space for walking them around the development. We will definitely stay there again next time in Scottsdale!

The house is clean and well maintained. The owner responded to questions within minutes. The location is convenient in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale. The kitchen has enough pans, pots & cutlery. Four of us spent the night here to attend a concert at the nearby casino. This place was perfect being so close and way more affordable than renting two rooms at the casino. The unit is in an older residential complex but recently updated inside including a modern kitchen and bathrooms. It was very quiet at night and we slept with the windows open to enjoy the cool fall air. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was wonderful. The only gross thing was how dirty the floors were. If you walked around barefoot, your feet would be black within minutes. Very dusty, but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

The listing was generally accurate, and with a few small improvements it could be even better. One issue was that there weren’t enough plates, glasses, or silverware for more than a single meal. We ended up purchasing paper plates and cups from Safeway to avoid washing dishes or running the dishwasher after every meal. The toilet paper situation was similar—while it wasn’t a major inconvenience since we were already shopping, these are items we don’t typically expect to need to purchase when renting a place.We also noticed that both bathroom doors would not fully close, as they appear to hit the door jamb. It’s possible the doors were recently replaced, but they do not shut properly.Finally, there does not seem to be a way to securely lock the main exterior sliding door from the outside. It is a sliding door with a manual lock on the inside only. Having a more secure exterior locking option would have made us feel more comfortable about the safety of our belongings when we were away.
