The villa is located in Tignale (Gardola) in an absolute panoramic position, about 7 km from Lake Garda. The apartment belonging to the villa is tastefully and comfortably furnished and is located in the immediate vicinity of the town center, where there are shops, restaurants and pizzerias. The balcony of the apartment offers a unique view of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo massif. Guests have a small yard at their disposal, where they can enjoy a romantic meal outdoors without being disturbed. Also for the cleaning and for the accommodation of bicycles a space is available in the yard. About 2 km away you will find the public outdoor swimming pool of Tignale and the Visitor Center of the Park of Upper Garda Lake.

Sports and fitness: Outdoor swimming pool at about 2 km, tennis at about 500 m, mountain biking directly from the apartment, sailing and surfing in the "harbor of Tignale".

Booking formalities:

Check-in / out: The booked apartment is the guest on the day of arrival from 15 00 clock available, our agency is open for the keys as follows: Monday to Saturday from 15 00 to 18 00 clock

The key handover and the provision of the booked apartment can not be guaranteed after 20 clock!

On the day of departure, the apartment must be released by 10.00 clock.

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit and the booking form.

Cancellation policy:

according to the European norms and if there are no other agreements, the following payments are due for a cancellation:

- from the 40th to the 30th Day before the start of the stay 30% of the total price

- from 29 to 20. Day before the start of the stay 40% of the total price

- from 19 to 10. Day before the start of the stay 60% of the total price

- from 10. Day before the start of the stay 100% of the total price
