🐶 Holiday home dogs welcome, sauna, fireplace, fully fenced garden

Our Strandperle holiday home is located on a 290 m² garden plot within the “Strandslag” holiday park in Julianadorp, directly behind the dunes, approx. 300 m to the beach. The solidly built and brick-built house offers a living space of approx. 90 sqm. It is cosily and comfortably furnished and has a living-dining room with 2 leather seat sets, fireplace, satellite TV, (49` 4K Ambilight) as well as additional Dutch channels via cable (provider Ziggo), HiFi system and Bluray player as well as a complete new, modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave with grill, Senseo and Dolce Gusto coffee machines. On the ground floor there is a 3rd Bedroom with a modern sofa bed, the newly designed bathroom with towel radiator, shower and a separate toilet. There is also a high chair and a travel cot available.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a box spring bed with an electric slatted frame and satellite TV and DVD player, as well as a bedroom with two single beds, a beautiful baby bed, satellite TV and play station and another toilet.
The house has a free internet connection (40 / Mbit / s) and free WIFI. In addition, a Samsung Galaxy tablet is available free of charge for the duration of your stay in our house.
A new thermostatically controlled gas central heating and the stove guarantee - in connection with the double glazed windows - comfortable use even in autumn and winter.
Extensive barbecue evenings on the property's terrace, the new lounge garden furniture and with the Weber charcoal grill are sure to end the sunny day on the beach in a relaxed manner or enjoy relaxing hours with a good glass of wine in front of the fireplace.
There is a parking lot directly at the house where at least two cars can park.
The beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer gepflegten Anlage, Garten komplett umzäunt, sodass unsere Hündin dort frei laufen konnte, während wir auf der windgeschützten Terrasse die Sonne genießen konnten.Den Strand und die Dünen erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten.Für uns war es perfekt!Für Senioren könnte die schmale, steile Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern problematisch sein, aber das sieht man ja auch sehr gut auf den Fotos.

Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, der Garten groß und eingezäunt, das Mobilar im Wohnbereich gut. Die Betten hingegen waren nur optisch gut.Viel zu weich. Die gemietete Bettwäsche war sehr billig, man schwitzte unter dem Mikrofaser und zudem nicht sauber. An Sauberkeit mangelte es an manchen Stellen im Haus sehr.Auch sollten die Schmutzvorleger komplett ausgetauscht werden. Sind rostig, man kann sich verletzen oder sie nehmen wegen der Abgegriffenheit keinen Schmutz mehr auf.Insgesamt war unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus im August "okay"

Schönes Häuschen, nett hergerichtet. Für eine Woche okay. Mit drei Kindern und Hund ist es mir aber dann doch zu eng. Auf dem Grundstück können Kinder und Hunde super spielen, alles ist eingezäunt. Der Spielplatz ist auch um die Ecke. Nicht so gut war das Geklapper der Jalousien, kein Mückenschutz an den Fenstern und, dass das babybett nur im Kinderzimmer benutzt werden kann, weil es zu breit ist für die Türen. Die Betten waren mir persönlich viel zu weich, man versinkt regelrecht. Ein paar mehr Aufhänger für die Anziehsachen wäre auch toll gewesen. Alles in allem war es okay, der Preis aber einfach viel zu hoch, dafür dass es nur „okay“ ist. Da hätte ich auch mehr Sauberkeit erwartet.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einem wunderschönen Feriendorf. Alles hat gepasst, auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt. Das Meer war mehr oder weniger direkt vor der Tür, mit einem riesigen Sandstrand, auf dem auch Hunde willkommen waren. Störfaktor: Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass Fewo die Kosten genau aufschlüsselt und auch die "Nebenkosten" erwähnt. Nervig war auch, dass uns die Schlüssel per Post zugeschickt wurden, sie kamen erst 2 Tage vor Abreise an, und mussten nach dem Urlaub auf die gleiche Weise zurück geschickt werden.

Super tolles Ferienhaus

Tolles Ferienhaus mit netten Vermietern. Wir haben vor allem die Sauna genossen. Das hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Super bequemes Bett. Der Garten war Hundesicher eingezäunt.

Schönes sauberes Haus iin einer Anlage gelgen. Gleich hinterm Deich. Supermarkt 5 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Auf der Anlage gibts einen guten Imbiss und ein Sehr schönes Restaurant mit Bar, Billard Bowlingbahn im Keller. Es gibt eine schöne Sauna im Haus und eine super Kücheneinrichtung in der nichts fehlt. Auch im Januar toll zum Entspannen.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, picobello sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Alles in allem ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Zudem ein netter Vermieterkontakt und eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Gerne wieder!

Entspannung pur

Wir haben uns im Februar eine kleine Auszeit gegönnt und haben die Zeit im Ferienhaus Strandperle genossen. Vorallem die Sauna ist wirklich toll und groß genug, um selbst sich zu zweit hinzulegen. Der Weg zum Strand ist wirklich ein Katzensprung und unser Hund hat sich riesig über diesen weitläufigen Strand gefreut. Das Restaurant direkt vor Ort ist auch sehr hundefreundlich. Das Haus ist wirklich niedlich eingerichtet. Wir waren froh, dass wir Pantoffeln im Gepäck hatten. Leider ist das Haus komplett gefliest und abends auf der Couch für kalte empfindliche Füße nicht wirklich gemütlich. Leider hat es während unseres Aufenthalts stark gestürmt, so dass es aufgrund des Oberlichts sehr sehr laut war. Aber der Sturm war auch wirklich eine Ausnahmesituation. Es hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Immer wieder gerne. ;)

Klein aber fein

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit super bequemen Betten, und Smart Tv etc in allen Zimmern ist Top. Nur ist in der Nebensaison nur Teilweise die Lokale offen. Deshalb fürs kochen eindecken. Dafür ist aber alles in der Küche vorhanden an Geräten.

Wunderschön und stilvoll

Wir waren leider nur für einen Zweinächtekurztrip dort mit zwei kleinen Kindern, denn es war super schön dort. Das Haus ist sehr sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für einen Urlaub mit Kindern (Kinderbesteck, etc.). Eigentlich mit viel mehr als wir brauchten. Es bot genug Platz für uns und unsere Kinder inkl. unserer zweier Kinderreisebetten. Den tollen Garten konnten wir zu dieser Jahreszeit leider gar nicht nutzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Strand liegt gegenüber des Bungalowparks, ist also fußläufig in 5 bis 10 min zu erreichen . Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Einzig eine etwas bessere Erstausstattung hätten wir uns gewünscht, sprich, eine Rolle Klopapier, etwas Seife, .... .

Top Unterkunft

Sehr saubere und große Unterkunft. Wir haben uns von Beginn an wohl gefühlt. Hier wird sich besonders Mühe gegeben und das spiegelt sich an der sauberen Unterkunft wieder. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen und ist auf jeden Fall zu Empfehlen. Ebenfalls ist die Kommunikation reibungslos und auf Fragen wird sofort reagiert. Besser geht es nicht, vielen Dank für die netten Tage :)
