--THE PROPERTY--
The Ivy is the third of the Cobblepot Cottages in Rocky Mount. Designed with romance or relaxation in mind, the privacy, seclusion and lake views are worth the drive! Just minutes from the Bagnell Dam strip, local restaurants, and everything else Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. There are now a total of four cottages available:

Selina -

Each cottage has it's own private deck, propane grill, and seating and we're adding some walking trails in the woods, as well as a swim platform at the water and other outdoor amenities including shared fire pits and hot tub.

Due to the cozy size of our cottages, there is not a full kitchen, but we can assure you there will be everything you need to fix a nice meal for two. There will be dishes and utensils for cooking and dining, along with a Keurig, toaster, microwave, countertop induction burner and a small fridge, or you can use the propane BBQ grill on the patio overlooking the lake. A small table with 2 chairs will also be available.

Perfect couple getaway

Husband and I spent our anniversary here and it was the perfect unit and location for us. The swim dock was amazing and can't wait for the trail to be completed. As of now, it was a pretty rough trek, but totally worth it! Especially to watch the sunset. It rained a lot on our trip, but the loft was perfect for reading and listening to the rain.

The IVY was a fabulous cabin to stay in for the weekend! Everything was exactly as advertised, my husband and I were so impressed with the space. The property manager had clear and effective communication with check-in and check-out procedures. We would love to stay again! :)

A little gem at the lake

We stayed in the Ivy property over the Memorial Day weekend. It was a lovely isolated spot without too much powerboat noise. The sunset view from the deck was superb. Staying here is a great way to unwind.

Perfect Retreat

My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway. We were pleasantly surprised how clean and well maintained the property is. Similar to other reviewers, removal of a few trees to give a better view of the lake would be nice. We highly recommend this property!

Tucked in the woods with an awesome lakeview

This new cottage is packed with amenities and comforts. Loved the bed, shower, kitchen and sundeck. Plan to come back in the fall to enjoy the fire pit.

Weekday getaway.

Property was available when needed and dealing with management was easy and quick. The property is very nice and has good amenities. I understand the dock/swim platform is new but the trek down to it is treacherous. Would recommend steps or handrails.

Perfect getaway

Very very tranquil and peaceful place! Absolutely loved every minute my wife and I stayed I just wish we would have booked a longer stay. The view was amazing although a little bit obstructed by tree limbs but I would expect that being in somewhat of a treehouse. All in all a very beautiful place and I would highly recommend staying here! The pictures and add represented the property very well there are no hidden surprises here.

Nice stay

Great view of the lake and sunset. Very cute house, but a little small. Suggest you lable the remotes and have easy to understand instructions. Had a little trouble getting the heat on when we arrived, but we finally got it. Also should have the pods refilled. When we were there, there was only one.

Front door lock

The security lock on the front door never worked properly. It was extremely annoying that something as simple as a lock failed miserably.

Great scenic getaway to rest and relax!

Great getaway for my husband and I to rest, relax, and have some stillness! Communication with the property manager before even booking was great, I had a couple questions and she responded quickly. Getting in and check in process was easy. Property was secluded, quiet, with great views, just what we had hoped for! We brought food and were able to grill/cook a nice meal. Loft was perfect place to sit and read and drink you morning coffee. Hot tub was clean and warm, despite it being very cold outside. They also provided robes, which I thought was a great touch, even though I remembered to bring my own. The double shower head shower was fabulous and there was plenty of hot water for long showers (saw in other reviews that maybe that was a problem for someone). Close drive to nice restaurants, hiking trails, and shopping. My only small complaint was it was a little chilly on the main floor at times (loft was always warm), but it was very cold outside and gives you more reason to snuggle up in blankets! If you go in the colder months bring slippers! Def recommend, left feeling recharged, just what we needed!

Cute place

Cute place. Should remove limbs for better lake view. Was surprised we had to strip the bed, take out trash and do the dishes. I thought that was why we charged a cleaning fee. There's only one router to cover all of the tree houses so we were without internet to watch TV because they couldn't get ahold of the person in that specific treehouse to reset it. Other than that we enjoyed it
