Its bright, airy, and the open floor plan takes full advantage of the view. The living area boasts a comfortable sectional sofa, extra chairs, and a large flatscreen TV. The massive kitchen island beautifully anchors the space that's highlighted with touches of deep-sea blue and gold accents. There are brand new stainless steel appliances, a built-in wine refrigerator, a microwave drawer, and literally everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. When you're ready for a bite to eat, the fantastic built-in dining space has a blend of regular and bench seating.

Down the hallway is where you'll find all 4 of the bedrooms, each blending modern coastal elegance and minimalist design together. Truly gorgeous spaces to relax, unwind, and recharge for everyone! Two of the four bedrooms feature king-size beds, making it the perfect place for multiple families, couples, and multi-generational groups. It gets even better — the third bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top / double on the bottom and a standalone twin.

Both bathrooms are only steps away from the bedrooms, and wow, no expense was spared in the renovations! The first bathroom has a deep blue double vanity and a massive walk-in shower. The second has a double vanity and a lavish tub/shower combination.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights, April through October, come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more! The choice is yours.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels and mats, hand towels, and wash cloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
