Amazing waterfront home on Palma Sola Bay, a bicycle ride to Anna Maria Island.

If you are coming to FL to go to the beach daily, you have found your perfect getaway. Fish in your back yard, clean your fish on the table provided, grill your catch in your outdoor gazebo. Deep water canal 3 houses from Perico Bay directly connected to the Gulf of Mexico, tie ups for your rental boat or a lift for the experienced captain who brings his/her own boat. Take a walk to the Causeway beach and ride a horse into the water or rent a jet ski. You can hop on your provided bike and ride a couple miles to the beautiful Gulf beaches. You can catch the free trolley to Anna Maria Island and ride up and down one of the best beach areas in FL, taking in beach shops and waterfront restaurants. Robinson Preserve is across the road from our home and is a peaceful escape into nature where you can ride your bicycle or go for a walk. There are a total of 4 preserves within one mile. Our neighborhood is in a bird preserve. You can enjoy the sunsets from your back yard gazebo or at the beach. Endless tropical outdoor activities await.

Our island place is decorated very nicely with comfort in mind, well stocked for your vacay. We have a dock, bicycles, kayaks all in the lovely quiet neighborhood of Flamingo Cay. Our home is all about fun in the sun so come on down! Life is better at the beach!

Our home is 1500+ sq ft, plenty of room for a group of 4. We do keep a nice air bed on hand for your use should you decide that is adequate for 2 additional peeps.

This is in a very special FL location. We would love to have you find that out for yourself…pure joy!

July 4th getaway

Everything was absolutely amazing. We kept our 20’ boat on the lift all week and enjoyed the waters up and down the coast. The home was just perfect. Beautiful views of the canal and boat lift.

This house was exactly as shown. The location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the porch and deck. The owners were very helpful and communication was easy. It was a lovely stay. I highly recommend this property and the owners.

Comfortable canal-side house

Attractive, comfortably furnished, new appliances, wonderful outdoor seating space. Perfect for boaters and fishermen. Owners are very responsive and aim to please.

Perfect getaway!

Everything was great. From the location, dock access and all the upscale amenities. Our hosts were gracious and helpful. Beds were very comfortable too! We spent each day in the backyard enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Prime location and Amenities

Beautiful pet friendly home, photos don’t do justice ! Owners were very responsive and helpful! Quiet neighborhood, perfect for boat owners as the house has a lift and a boat ramp close by! Amenities (bicycles/ Paddleboard/ kayaks) truly made it feel like a home away from home! Definitely will be back!

Nice Christmas getaway

We rented Jackie and Bobs lovely home for two weeks at Christmas. Jackie told me she would have a Christmas tree for us, but when we arrived we discovered she went above and beyond. There was a full size tree tastefully decorated and each and every room had some kind of Christmas decoration. It was such a nice touch and lovely gesture. The house was great and so comfy. We saw dolphin almost every evening in the canal. We had the opportunity to meet Jackie and Bob and they were so kind and welcoming, showing us around the home and making sure we were comfortable before they left. Jackie even made some suggestions about places to eat. The location couldn’t have been better, with the preserve across the street and the beach just a bike ride away. We will definitely stay again.

Escaping Winter in the Midwest

This is the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood (except some construction left over from storm cleanup). Very Close to all the activities of Anna Maria Island, but not in the hustle and bustle. Water access was great with a pet friendly beach less than 5 min boat ride away. The house was clean and well equipped. They had all the toys we needed. 6 bikes, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and fishing poles. All new patio furniture, gas grill, and gas fire pit made it very comfortable to sit out by the water. Very friendly neighbors, and very very pet friendly area. Our black lab had a blast. Jackie and Bob were great hosts. They checked in regularly, and were very responsive. We have stayed in vacation rentals all over the country. Jackie and Bob are top notch, and the location is absolutely one of the best.

Great Location, Beautiful Home

The owners were amazing, the house was very nice and clean. Kayaks, bikes, boat dock and lift were perfect for our 18ft skiff. Manatees swimming in the canal, close to beach and nature preserve. A must stay On a side note, while traveling down to the property we experienced a roadside emergency. Our trailer hit a pothole and completely damaged the axle and mounts. After we completed our roadside repair we continued on to this home. When we arrived the owners met us and showed us the property. I explained the situation and the husband had no problem allowing me to make the extra repairs on the side of the home. Trust me, not something i wish on anyones vacation but it happened. So nice of them to allow us to do so Great beaches close, Ugly Grouper restaurant is a must, those Tacos!!! Anna Maria can get busy in the peak of summer but there is ample places to go amdnthe water is bathtub clear
