A small cottage that provides a heavenly coastal retreat. Located in a private community on the Peconic Bay with a private beach only 6 minutes from the ocean and the Southampton Village. This property treats guests to a boundless experience where land meets sky. Canoes, kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles allow guests to enjoy the treasures and textures from the sand and sea that playfully engage with colorful accents capturing the light and distilling a magical coastal beach cottage getaway!
