In the famous seaside resort of Punta Ala is located this beautiful, small vacation apartment with communal pool and large garden, about 2 km kilometers from the sea. The accommodation offers pleasant and well-equipped rooms, a pleasant outdoor area with barbecue, from which you can reach the garden and the pool via some steps (down). The house where the apartment is located is below street level and is accessible by descending steps once the car is parked in the parking lot. The location is convenient to reach the sea and the golf course and stores of Punta Ala. Distances: 20 km from Follonica, a dynamic and lively seaside resort, and from Castiglione della Pescaia, an ancient village overlooking the coast; 46 km from Massa Marittima with its perfectly preserved historic center, ideal for history lovers; 15 km from the port of Scarlino. This is the perfect accommodation to spend pleasant relaxing days and an ideal starting point to explore the surrounding area.

Ruhepol in toller Lage

Wir haben uns Mitte April sehr wohl gefühlt, die Anlage war wenig besucht, und wir hatten eine ruhige Woche. Toller Ausblick und guter Zustand der Immobilie samt Heizung, TV, etc. Nur die gasbetriebene Warmwasseranlage machte etwas probleme, wird aber behoben laut Vermeiterin (sehr netter pers. Kontakt). Punta Ala hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, sehr elitär, für Italien teuer und als "Gast" von Land aus schwer zugänglicher Hafen und Strand, da hier alles verbaut und privat ist (das gefiel uns nicht, kennen wir auch aus direkten Nachbarorten anders). Wichtig zur Entscheidungsfindung: Bei dieser Wohnung muss man alles mit dem Auto machen, ->Strand, Eisessen, Restaurants, mind. 3 Km, schnell aber 15km.... Muss man wissen....
