4 NIGHT MINIMUM . Studio efficiency with beach rights. Private beach located right across the street, first floor condo. Kitchenette has a fridge, two burner electric stove top, microwave, sink, toaster. Parking for one vehicle in open lot. Minutes to Ptown by car or bus. Relax in the adirondack chairs on the wrap around deck. Catch some cool breezes and lovely views. Folding table and chairs also provided. Community BBQ grill. No linens provided.
PLEASE NOTE: Items to bring: queen size sheets, bath and hand towels, beach towels, toiletries.
