Lovely 3 Bedroom Condo on Lake Martin 2 Pools & Boat Dock

Beautifully appointed and furnished 3 Bed / Bath Condo right on Lake Martin. The boat dock is right outside. Extra storage unit is available. We have a Keurig as well as regular coffee maker. Washer and Dryer. There is a shallow pool near the unit with the main pool a short distance away. We are near StillWaters Golf, Chucks Marina and boat rental business. We are as close to Auburn as you can get and still be on the Lake

Best view on the lake, Absolutely beautiful, 5 stars

The view is incredible. Absolutely #1 on the lake. The balcony is huge and can accommodate 10 people comfortably. The inside is huge also and very upscale. Will definitely stay again.Only possible negative was owners are new and didn't respond to a couple of questions, but that's a very minor thing. I'm sure they'll get better as they learn the system.

Great Trip

We had a great time. The location and condo were perfect. The boat dock is right outside and easily accessible. There was more room in the condo then I expected and the patio is great for lounging and watching the boats go by. Very impressed.

Lake Martin Weekend!

Always enjoy our weekend at Lake Martin! This was our second time renting this condo. The condo was great! This stay, we had quite a few spiders on the back porch.

Great Location with Gorgeous Lake Views

Well stocked unit with plenty of space and comfortable seating. Beautiful setting on Lake Martin. We had a fabulous weekend. Greg’s unit has everything you need. Will definitely look at renting again in the future!

Lake Martin Getaway

The property was great. The view was exactly as described. Sitting on the balcony in the early mornings was very peaceful. Having easy access to a docking slip was very convenient for launching our kayaks for a day on the water. The location was relatively quiet until a heavy footed neighbor checked in upstairs. Overall highly recommend!

Family vacation

Things were great. Brief problem with TV was bad batteries in remote. Also need a night light in 2nd bedroom. Light switch is in bedroom & wakes up partner if bathroom is used during the night. Otherwise everything was fine.

BEAUTIFUL home and location!!

The condo was spacious and clean, with many extra amenities!! The scenery was BEAUTIFUL and the location was very close to Chimney Rock where our family loves to hang out most of the day! The ONLY problem was lack of communication on where to put our boat trailer(s). In the ad, we knew we had a dock to place our pontoon & Sea Doo once launched, but did not receive information about where to park our trailer(s). Once we arrived, signs were posted around stating that trailers would be "towed at owner's expense". We contacted management, leaving a message, but got no response. It wasn't until the last day (on a picture above the A/C unit) that we learned we should park at the Union Boat Launch down the road around the corner, where there is no security or patrol.
