This holiday home with its immediate beach location could be your vacation home.
The thatched roof house is 88 square meters and impresses with its stylish furnishings and the close proximity to the bathing beach of Rosenhagen.

Come in - feel good.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a comfortable seating area and a fireplace. The Smart TV is completely integrated into the Internet, so that you can watch your films if you simply bring your account data for Netflix etc. with you. A DVD player with a selection of DVDs is also available for the cozy days in the house.
You can enjoy your own music with the stereo system anywhere in the house and in the garden.

In addition to the good equipment, you will find a Nespresso machine in the open kitchen so that you can enjoy all of the coffee specialties.
From the open kitchen and living room you have direct access to the south-facing terrace and the garden with its own beach chair, garden furniture and grill.
The property has a size of 560sqm and is separated from the neighboring properties by hedges.

On the ground floor you will also find the infrared sauna and the guest toilet.
Your children are also very welcome with us. The house is child-friendly with toys and board games, on request you can get a travel cot.

The two bedrooms are upstairs. These are each equipped with a box spring double bed. In a bedroom you will also be entertained by a television. The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bath to relax.

It is about 350m to the natural beach, which invites you to walk and swim and play.
Bathing on the beach is absolutely harmless due to the 3 sand banks in front.

Ferien in Rosenhagen

Wir haben unsere Ferien im Ferienhaus Jolle sehr genossen und es entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Das Haus ist tiptop eingerichtet, vor allem die Küche hat alles, was es braucht und noch mehr. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Rosenhagen ist ein sehr hübscher und ruhiger Ort, ideal um zu entspannen. Wir können dieses Haus weiterempfehlen. Einzige Kritik: Dass die Miete für die Bettwäsche separat bezahlt werden muss und der Preis etwas hoch ist.

Schönes Haus nicht weit vom Naturstranf

Schön eingerichtet, tolle Lage ich weit vom Naturstrand. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderung nach Travemünde oder au h Fahrten nach Wismar und Lübeck. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ruhe und Erholung garantiert

Die Jolle ist ein schönes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ideal, um zu entspannen. Das Haus ist mit fast allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Uns hat ein Gefrierfach gefehlt. Die Infrarotsauna war mal eine angenehme andere Saunaerfahrung.

Entspannung pur

Helles freundliches Ferienhaus mit allem was dazu gehört. Toll, dass Hunde hier erlaubt sind. Nahe am Strand, herrliche Sparziergänge direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Im März noch überall mit Hunden, im Sommer sind auch Hundestrände zu Fuß erreichbar. Super Lage, mit Fahrrad / E-Bike ist man schnell in Travemünde - oder wie wir zu Fuß. Weimar ist ebenfalls ein kurzer Trip - sehr empfehlenswert. Die Argentur Seaside Rosenhagen kümmert sich, auch während des Aufenthaltes. Wir fühlten uns rundum umsorgt. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Erholsame Tage an der Ostsee

Wir haben schöne Tage an der Ostsee verbracht. Das Haus und die Umgebung waren wunderbar und wie beschrieben. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die relativ schlechte Internetanbindung im Haus, die scheinbar über ein zentrales Dorf-WLAN ins Haus kam. Die Bandbreite schwankte sehr. Eine vernünftige Nutzung war selten möglich. Streaming Dienste nur manchmal mit viel Geduld. Alles andere war schön, das Haus sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben außerhalb der Ferien als Familie und mit Hund gemietet. Ein sehr schönes, sauberes, stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger und idyllischer Umgebung nicht weit vom Naturstrand der Ostsee entfernt. Leider fehlte uns eine Microwelle und eine Gefriermöglichkeit. W-Lan ist vorhanden, aber nicht besonders schnell. Ansonsten ist das Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Daher können wir das Ferienhaus "Jolle" weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Lage in der Nähe vom Strand und Ausflugszielen (u.a. Travemünde). Einzig die Internetverbindung ist etwas langsam und schwach.

Erholung und Ruhe

Sehr ansprechendes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in der Umgebung mit dem Rad oder Auto. Der direkte zugängliche Strandabschnitt ist nur bedingt badetauglich (steinig), aber wir hatten sowieso kein entsprechendes Wetter.

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus und die Umgebung war wie wir es uns erhofft haben. Wir waren mit Hund unterweges dem der Urlaub auch sichtlich gefallen hat mit dem Strand in direkter nähe, alles ruhig und entspannt. Viele Ausflugsziele gab es auch. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen!

Entspannte Reise mit schönem Ferienhaus

Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen mit dem Ferienhaus. Als wir ankamen war alles sauber und die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Wir haben super in den Boxspring Betten geschlafen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und am Strand war wenig los. Perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Lediglich das Wlan war sehr langsam und wir haben auch die Gefriertruhe vermisst. Außerdem wäre es super Fliegen gitter anzubringen, da abends viele insekten reinkommen u. A. Stechmücken. Wir haben hier super gegrillt und gekocht und werden das Ferienhaus sicher weiterempfehlen. Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren für 1 Woche im Ferienhaus Jolle in Rosenhagen und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist freundlich, hell und modern eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Die Boxspringbetten waren sehr bequem und der Garten ist schön angelegt. Was noch schön wäre, wäre eine bessere Verdunklungsmöglichkeit in den Schlafzimmern und ein Gefrierfach. Außerdem wäre es für Hundebesitzer natürlich angenehmer, wenn der Garten komplett umzäunt wäre, aber wir konnten uns hier sehr gut behelfen. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr schön gelegen und zum Strand braucht man ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß- die Hundestrände sind ungefähr doppelt so weit entfernt. Der Zugang zum Wasser ist sehr gut und es ist ausreichend Platz am Strand vorhanden. Im Wasser kann man durch die Sandbänke sehr weit reingehen, was gerade mit Kindern toll ist. Ausflüge sind mit dem Auto auch sehr gut möglich und mit Penny und Norma gibt es in Dassow zwei nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Durch Corona hatten wir keine direkte persönliche Betreuung, trotzdem haben An- und Abreise sehr gut geklappt und ein kleines Problem mit der W-LAN-Verbindung wurde umgehend gelöst.

Alles Bestens!

Es hat uns super gefallen in der „Jolle“ und im ruhigen Rosenhagen. Haus und Strand sind top. Auch die Betreuung war prima. Als wir uns am letzten Tag dann doch noch „erfolgreich“ ausgeschlossen hatten, war Andreas innerhalb von 10 Minuten zur Stelle. Wir haben lediglich zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Ein Eisfach im Kühlschrank ist u.E. ein Muss. Eis und Eiswürfel lagern können, sollte im Sommerurlaub möglich sein in einem ansonsten bestens ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. 2. Wenn die Endreinigungs-Truppe auch noch ein Auge auf die reichlich vorhandenen Spinnweben an den Fenster- und Türkanten (jeweils Oberkanten) werfen und diese vor Anreise beseitigen könnte, wäre das toll. Wir haben das dann über die ersten Tage selber erledigt, aber das gehört eigentlich ins bezahlte Servicepaket rein. Denken wir. Alles in allem ist das aber das sprichwörtliche Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Es hat uns wirklich super gefallen und wir können uns einen erneuten Aufenthalt sehr gut vorstellen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach super. Es fehlt an nichts, um einen wunderschönen Urlaub genießen zu können. Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist schön gelegen, wirklich dicht zum Strand. Das Haus hat ein schönes Raumklima, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Mit Kindern ist der Tresentisch als Esstisch etwas unpassend und es wäre schön wenn noch ein Sessel vorhanden und damit der Gemütlichkeit zuträglich wäre. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist normal Standard. Wlan schwach (max 2-3 MBit/S), reicht nicht für Livesport-Stream (SkyGo, Dazn). Die Betten sind etwas durchgelegen. Preis/Leistung liegt zur Nebensaison auf Seiten des Preises. Grundstück nicht komplett umfriedet. Im Ort Rosenhagen findet man viel Ruhe, auch der Strand ist in der Nebensaison angenehm leer. -> Tolle Spaziergänge (auch mit Hund). Im Ort gibt es jedoch keinen Laden und auch keinen Kinderspielplatz. EDEKA 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Priwall. Brötchenservice möglich und grundsätzlich sehr angenehm; leider sind die Brötchen qualitativ nicht gut (sehr luftig/pappig).

Super Feriendomizil

Wir haben im August 2019 dort unseren Urlaub verbracht. Gepflegtes super eingerichtetes Haus, das alles bietet um den Ulaub zu geniessen. Immer wieder P.H.

Entspannte Tage an der Lübecker Bucht.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes EFH , wo Eltern, Kind und Hund Erholung finden. Wünschenswert wäre jedoch eine vernünftige Verdunkelung in den Schlafzimmern. (Haus Jolle) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus für Familienurlaub mit Hund

Das Haus steht in ruhiger Lage in Mitten einer schönen Neubausiedlung. Super gemütlich eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenn Urlaub benötigt. Immer wieder gern!
