The home is super clean with a nice outdoor patio and a medicine wheel and labyrinth in the yard. This home is managed by the owner (not a rental company) so you get the best service and care!
The space The house is close to Airport Mesa hike/vortex and is within a mile of the 3 major groceries in town and other conveniences like restaurants, bike rentals, and the Sedona Shuttle. The house has wifi and a Roku TV. And the house is fully stocked with the essentials you need like toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, oil, sugar, flour, coffee, etc. Full kitchen with coffee bar, outdoor private patio area with fenced yard, comfortable furniture, and beds. Self check-in keypad with directions provided a day or two before your stay. Please note that this house as an onsite apartment with a full-time renter. The driveway is shared with the renter but you will not interact with renter and renter does not have access to house. There is still enough parking space for 4 cars.

the home matched the pictures, the only thing is the house is connected to a apartment. so you share the drive way. but it was a very good location, and the home was modern, clean, and meet all expectations.
Great location. Lots of stores and restaurants within a mile. Close to Red Rock State Park and a great view by just walking up to the end of the street. Every amenity you could want/need. Easy communication with host. Would definitely recommend.

We love this neighborhood because it is close to the Airport Vortex/Hike with easy access to 89A where 3 major grocery stores, many restaurants, and other amenities are within 1 mile of the house. We also like being close to the bike shop.
What makes this property unique
It's a simple ranch home built in one of the first housing developments in Sedona. The home has a nice patio and big backyard. We have ample off-street parking and can easily get to all the hikes/rides. We're also close to Posse Grounds Park. I love helping people create the best itineraries for their trip.
