Welcome to The Blue Crab, a spectacular beach home with beautiful Gulf views! Only steps from the white sands & the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (3 full & 2 half baths), & a resort-like backyard complete w/ a private heated pool, pool toys, games, grill, & outdoor dining area.

Spacious decks on 2nd & 3rd floors great for relaxing or watching the sunset and sunrise! Located just a block from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, entertainment, shopping & more! Make sure to check out the GULF VIEW for the 3rd floor patio.

Multiple outdoor sheds, with guest amenities, available for guest use & storage.

Leave your beach toys at home as we have plenty of extra beach chairs, umbrellas, sand/pool toys, wagon to haul items, pool floats & tubes, boogie boards, a beach/pool cooler, etc. in our guest accessible storage sheds.

The Blue Crab is a 4 minute walk to the nearest public beach access point, Rick Seltzer Park, which has public restrooms & outdoor showers.

We provide a starter pack of basic supplies & consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.) so you may need to bring or purchase additional supplies, based on the length of your stay.

Minimum age to book is 25.

Dan was a good host. If I had any questions he responded promptly. The house was in a really nice location. About 5 minutes walk to beach so really close. The heated pool was a plus as the teenagers really enjoyed getting in and not be cold. Would definitely stay another time.

Enjoyed our stay at this house. Great communication with the host. The walk to the beach is short and very easy. Beds were very comfortable. Having the beach chairs and wagons provided was so great! Not having to pack those in our vehicle saved so much space. Have already recommended this place to a friend for their family. Check in was a breeze with the keypad. Overall, great place, great host!

Great Family Vacation

The house was very clean and plenty of space for our family of 14. We enjoyed the balconies and private pool, also had everything needed for the beach. Great communication with our host Dan. I would recommend this property.

Awesome house and host

Great property for a large group!

We had a group of 14 adults and the space was great. Location was perfect and the house was very clean. Pool was great and was cleaned twice. Toys in the shed were a great addition. Would definitely go back and highly recommend. Owner was very responsive.

Awesome time in PCB!

This is a great house in a great location! It’s close to everything and a short walk to the beach. The family and I had an awesome week long stay! The house is well equipped, clean, and has everything you’ll need. The pool is well kept and cleaned several times a week. Dan is a great host and easy to get in touch with if you need help with anything. We definitely recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you Dan!!

Receptive Host, Great House with all the extras!

Dan was considerate to those in our group arriving very early in midst of a rainstorm who flew down. House has all the extras, full kitchen including spices! Great layout giving everyone their own corner of the house. Walking distance to the gorgeous ocean! Our family ages 4-54 had the best time!!

Love the pool..and quietly on the back..Very nice!

Your property was nice and quiet...Upstairs needed curtains at the door...Bathroom toilets needed some more attention under the lids..Everything else was great!...We're looking forward to getting reservation with Blue Crab next year..

Great home and location

The Blue Crab was delightful and one block to the beach. My favorite is the swimming pool and the pool accessories. The bedrooms are large with attached bathrooms. The third story bedroom had a half bath. All levels have access to a balcony. Two bedrooms face the ocean and the remaining two face the pool. There are restaurants and gas station with markets. The property managers responded timely and solved issues right away. Parking is not a problem and neighbors are quiet. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. The swimming pool area is accommodating and has plenty of seating. Great family spot.

Awesome Vacation Home

Great vacation home!!. We were two families with a total of 9 children. Plenty of space for all. Everything works and is as described in the listing. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bedrooms. Very short distance to the beach. Neighborhood is great and children were biking around without any issues. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Host was awesome. Prompt replies to any questions we had. !! Will consider next time we plan a trip to the Florida Coast.

Great & fast communication with owner. Spacious house, plenty of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, wagon was all nice to have. Easy 3 minute walk to the beach. We had 6 adults & 6 kids and didn’t feel crowded. Backyard & pool was nice!

Wonderful home!

We recently rented this property for 16 people it comfortably fit us all!! The house is wonderful! Dan was an amazing host! He responded back to messages quickly and sent reminders about when the pool guy and trash pickup would be at the property! The beach is only across the road maybe a 3 minute walk and a 1 minute drive! My family enjoyed having the private pool and patio area to sit at after a long day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this property and host for your next stay at Panama City beach!

The pool & private backyard oasis & dining area seem to be guests favorites, but we also provide various items to the guests, including a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, chairs, & boogie boards, a wagon to haul to the beach, a cooler, beach umbrellas, pool toys, extra chairs, and sand toys for the little ones
