Riviera Point - Lovely Home with Tons of Space!

Riviera Point is the perfect vacation getaway for a large family or families vacationing together. Centrally located on the quiet West end between Pier Park, Frank Brown Sports Complex and 30A.
The property offers a large pool with plenty of area to enjoy the sun. Enjoy fishing on the five-acre lake or roasting marshmallows over an open fire in the community fire pit when you unwind from your long day at play.

This spacious three-story home has four bedrooms, and two of them are master bedrooms, a large kitchen and a separate smaller kitchenette on the first floor, and 3.5 baths.

The first floor offers separate living space with one bedroom (king bed), a full bathroom, another bedroom with a twin over full, a twin/twin and a queen, a living area that includes its own kitchenette (small refrigerator and sink).

The second floor offers a living/lounging area that's open to both the dining, kitchen and balcony views that overlook the gulf, the master bedroom (king bed) has beautiful views of the private lake and the swimming pool and has a large spa like bathroom and a half bath.

The third floor offers one additional bedroom and outdoor patio views that overlook the gulf, The second master (queen) is on the third floor.

Located within walking distance to Sunnyside Grill, where you can enjoy local breakfast and lunch fair. Also within walking distance of the Reef Bar at Beachside Resort for that relaxing cocktail as you watch the amazing sunsets.
Winn Dixie, Publix (grocery delivery available), and CVS are just a few blocks down Front Beach Road for any items you might need.
