Holiday home with private jetty in a picturesque village close to the Jabeler See with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

The house is centrally located in the small village of Jabel. The in-house boat and bath jetty at Jabeler See is about 200 meters away. Within walking distance there is a private bathing / boat dock with boat moorings. Supermarket, several restaurants, cafe, bike rental, canoe and boat rentals, harbor with slipway, playground and beach within walking distance.

If you love nature, you're in the right place in Jabel. Only a few kilometers away from the well-known health resort Waren (Müritz) lies the small village directly on the Jabelschen lake in the middle of the Mecklenburger Seenplatte. The special thing about Jabel is the idyllic location on the lake. Around Jabel you will find very well-developed cycling and hiking trails. From Jabel you can book special raft trips through the Ferienkontor. Treat yourself and your loved ones to something special: a trip with the experienced skipper will take you through the Jabelsche See, along the banks of the Wisentreservat and the Nossentiner-Schwinzer Heide Nature Park, through idyllic canals and into other lakes.

Right next door is the tavern "Zur Eibe" with a cozy beer garden. The meadow in front of the terrace belongs to the area of the restaurant. In a separate rear area of the meadow you will find sun loungers to relax. Here you have the advantage that you can easily reach everything on foot.

The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 shower rooms. One bedroom is a walk-through room to the third bedroom. The spacious living area has a modern flat screen with HD satellite channels and radio / CD,

14 Tage im Ferienhaus in Jabel

Das Haus war zweckmäßig aber nicht gemütlich eingerichtet. Vor unserem Eingang war ein holpriger Weg der zur Gaststätte führte. Wir haben 5 Minuten auf dem Weg gestanden um den Anhänger an das Fahrrad zu hängen und wurden gleich unhöflich weggejagt, weil wir angeblich den Besuchern der Gaststätte (welche nicht vorhanden waren) im Wege standen. Der Fahrradschuppen (verdient nicht die Bezeichnung) war viel zu klein und die Fahrräder standen völlig durcheinander. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren inklusive. Die Handtücher waren alt und löchrig und zum Abtrocknen kaum noch geeignet. Nach einer Woche wollte ich die Handtücher tauschen. Wir sollten für den Tausch pro Person 15.00 Euro zahlen. Das waren diese nicht Wert. Einen zweiten Aufenthalt in diesem Haus kommt für uns sicherlich nicht Infrage.
