Description

The house with two lovingly furnished apartments consists of two floors, which were completely renovated in 2017 and equipped with new facilities. The house is located on approximately 400m2 of enclosed land with garden and has free parking.

Apartment # 1

Our non-smoking apartment is bright, spacious and newly furnished, located on the first floor of a holiday home with about 60 square meters can accommodate 4 people. It consists of an open living room with fully equipped kitchen, bath / WC with shower, two bedrooms each with a double bed 160cm x 200 cm.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine etc.
From the living area leads to the covered terrace with lounge area on which it is delicious breakfast.
The apartment has free WiFi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Sheets and towels included.
Please note that all apartments are non-smoking apartments! Smoking is only allowed outside (garden or terrace).

Location / Distance:

Within walking distance there is a shopping center with many shops such as bakeries, cafes, restaurants, etc. Beach & sea 350m, old town of Porec 500m. You have no need to use the car, everything is within walking distance.

Included services (in the rental price):

Registration fees, visitor's tax, WiFi, air conditioning, electricity, water, washing machine, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, private car parking.
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week.

All sorts of water sports, water park Aquacolors, Auqapark Istralandia horseback riding, go-carting, tennis, golf - mini golf, beach volleyball, bike tours, boat trips, Jama cave Baredine, Euphrasian Basilica UNESCO World Heritage.

Deposit:

A deposit is payable on arrival in the amount of 200 - € to the landlord. This deposit is fully refundable on the day of departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

You also have the opportunity to book the entire holiday home:

- Apartments are accessible separately

Prerequisites are if both apartments are free at the same time and both apartments are booked at the same time.

Arrival and Departure Information:

On the day of arrival you can move into your apartment from 3.00 pm (check-in).
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your apartment by 10.00 am at the latest (check-out).

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
