This unit is not suitable for families - stairs are unprotected and tall- a visiting infant is fine. This top floor of a house is perfect to work from home with a large den plus a spare bedroom that can also serve as a second den. Amazing kitchen with high end, designer appliances - Fisher & Paykel and Miele, enormous Island and absolutely everything you need to cook regular meals. Several small appliances (Ninja blender, Cusinart food processor, Mixer, Rice Cooker, Slow cooker, Toaster Oven). Beautiful views of Mt Douglas from the huge deck and the den. Quiet mature and house trained dogs are welcome if accompanied by ultra responsible parents. We cannot accommodate cats or puppies in training - without exception. Fully furnished and equipped. This is the top floor of the house. Completely separate from lower unit. No shared spaces except for the driveway and the EV charging station. When the suite was built, the ceiling was professionally soundproofed with the best and greatest available - a state of the art approach. It is as good as it gets for a Duplex Style house.
