About this property

ESPLANADE BEACH SUITE

Enjoy unobstructed panoramic ocean views from our brand new waterfront, two bedroom, two bathroom, beach suite. Step out onto the Esplanade and indulge yourself in long walks on Willows Beach, Oak Bay's only white sand beach and the finest beach in all of Greater Victoria.

Cindy and I are passionate about developing unique waterfront properties and creating memorable vacation experiences for our guests. You can find reviews for our other waterfront property at VRBO Shawnigan Lake #720196.

Our Esplanade renovation was completed in December 2018 and boasts a 1400 square foot ground-level suite with a full custom kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and under cabinet lighting. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a three-piece ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two single beds. The main three-piece bathroom includes a full-sized tub. Other amenities include a gas fireplace in the living room, heated tiled floors in the bathrooms, and a separate washer and dryer. We pride ourselves on providing an impeccably clean suite for our guests.

Our Esplanade Beach Suite is located on the waterfront in the exclusive township of Oak Bay, and is just a seven minute drive to downtown Victoria. We are only minutes away from waterfront dining at the Marina Restaurant, the Penny Farthing Pub in Oak Bay Village, the Village Restaurant in Estevan Village, an amazing children's park on Willows Beach, and two world class golf courses.

Cindy and I live on the upper floor of the house, and are available to answer questions and make suggestions to ensure that your needs are met during your stay.

Parking and high speed internet access included. Maximum four occupants. No smoking and no pets.

***Jun-Aug, minimum 3 night stay

Our stay of 4 days was very good. The accommodation is nice and at an excellent location, especially for walking along the beach. waterfront. The hosts communicate well. Just one note, be sure that the bed arrangement of 1 king bed and 2 single beds work for your party of 4 people. If it does, this is highly recommended.

Very immaculate property inside and out. Having the beach and ocean view makes this a very quiet and peaceful place. Trying to see much of Victoria and Vancouver Island in two days detracts from the time in the unit but the beach walk is worth the time.

This is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment suite in a beautiful and quiet location. Oak Bay is charming offering a 25 minute drive to Victoria. The esplanade is right out your front door and is lovely for an early morning or evening walk to bookend your days of enjoying Victoria and the various scenic areas that surround it.

In Victoria to celebrate our youngest's convocation at UVic, and we needed a place for the family to gather, and be together. And this home met that requirement - beautiful setting (loved the morning walks and coffee on the terrace), easy to get to (though be aware of the utility construction in the area that appears to be leaving no time soon), attentive and easy to contact hosts, and enough room for the 4 adults to experience a memorable family weekend. Kitchen was amply stocked and linens plentiful. You can hear the family living above the unit, but not unreasonably so - to be expected when living in the bottom suite of a home. A perfect place to celebrate a milestone in the life of a young man and his immediate family.

Two couples and we were very comfortable. The place was clean and well equipped. The location is on the beach and very quiet. You can walk to the village, or take a short drive to Victoria. We highly recommend it. We would stay here again.
